To be activated,
To be open,

Shakespeare said to be or not to be,
That is a question,
It is always a question.
Because that is the space where free will lives,
Either consciously or subconsciously.
To be or not to be,
To be here right now or not to be here right now.
Here right now,
If I'm not here right now,
Where am I?
Am I aware of where I am?
I am.
Like being aware of your I am is to be aware to be,
Right?
This could get a little bit mind twisty,
But to be in spaces and places where transmissions can be made.
We carry the signature of soul in the cellular structure of us.
And most of us can only fathom a very minute aspect of what that means for our capacity.
Because very few of us can fathom the capacity of the soul.
So I'm just going to give you a little snapshot of what I can see.
It's a snapshot that comes from being steeped in spirituality for most of my life.
My grandmother was my first teacher and she really brought through the language of soul,
The language of spirit,
The language of not being tethered,
The language of being infinite,
And the language of exploration,
The language of looking within,
The language of sovereignty.
So when I see soul,
I see a field of energy,
A field of alive,
Activated frequencies that are inherent to you,
That go across all of time and space and beyond.
And it's the equivalent of the quantum field,
But a quantum field that is yours.
A quantum field that is individualized,
That has the signature of source everywhere in it,
And at the same time is not the all,
It is a part that's individuated to become you.
And when I see that field of energy,
That field of frequencies,
I also see that that field is not limited by this plane of existence,
And at the same time it makes this plane of existence limitless.
And by that I mean that your soul spans the entire planet as an energetic template and field that is your energetic template and field,
And it connects you to like minds,
To like energy frequencies,
To deep resonances all across this globe.
It also connects you to different planes of existences.
We live in a plane of time and space where time has been manufactured so that we can organize ourselves in space.
And without time there would be much more of a free flow,
But we would really have to be tapped into our intuitive senses and tapped into spirit to get in alignment with that flow.
And so if something disturbs our connection to our intuition and our connection to our ability to tap into the universal flow that we are,
We need time.
Because I can't tune into you to find out when I'm supposed to be there.
And so this makes this plane of existence very interesting from that point of view,
Because if you take out the manufactured element of time,
A manufactured element that's been created for this plane of existence,
So that we can organize ourselves without tapping into intuition,
If we take that element out,
All we're left with is intuitive flow,
And all we're left with is connection to infinity.
And so what we get to play with is being timed and being timeless,
And the oscillation between the two.
And the language of spirit,
The language of soul,
Is a language that is not tethered to time.
So many of us are holding on to science as validation,
And that in some ways is very important to have science,
Because what it does is it allows us to get a sense of resonance,
Get a sense of yesness about what it is that we're thinking of,
Feeling,
Opening up to,
Right?
So science will validate elements of metaphysics,
For example.
So then you don't feel you're going so mad,
Because suddenly if you've got a scientist talking about the theory of quantum mechanics,
Suddenly you can actually see something of the soul in the midst of what's being said there.
But at the same time,
If you always need the validation from an external force,
In order to make you feel like you could connect to what you know inherently in your very being,
Is your truth,
Then you rob yourself of something.
And so being a soulful woman is opening up to being connected to that element that doesn't need validation,
But is inherently always validated because of the connectivity it has to the flow and the quantum.
Now,
Just one other note about science.
Scientists have already said it many times in many different ways,
That consciousness affects science.
Consciousness affects research.
Consciousness affects results.
So if there's an expectation that this will be this way,
Then something about that expectation brings that into form.
And in bringing that understanding to the form,
What it has done is shown us how incredibly powerful we are.
That basically when we open up to understand that we are in co-creation in every single moment of every single day of every single second with life around us,
With the super frequencies that we are bathing in in every moment,
We are in co-creation with that.
When we truly understand that,
We can put validation aside and start to move to that place within that allows a deeper connectivity.
And that place within is not a place of isolation,
Neither is it a place of pure ego.
What it is is a place of understanding that the blueprint of divinity,
The blueprint,
The template of the infinite of the quantum is written in your own cellular structure.
That you are not apart from it and it is not apart from you.
Therefore you don't have to pray upwards.
What you need to do is delve inwards.
But you have to be able to delve inwards without that level of doubt,
Without that level of continuous questioning and making yourself wrong,
Without that level of looking for what everybody else is doing and saying,
So you can come home to what you know is your truth.
Because quite honestly that's wasting time.
What will inevitably happen is that as you turn your lens inwards,
You will activate a level of resonance and tap in this,
A level of being switched on and activated to your own resonance that then allows you to connect to the field through the soul,
Through the fabric of your soul to get connected to the field.
And in that connection you will pull forward the elements that will allow you to deepen into that resonance.
And some of those elements will be scientific validation.
But the point of connectivity is different.
The point of connectivity is a connected,
A connectivity to something that is so inherently true,
So inherently yours,
So inherently in alignment in this moment,
With this moment.
And it's because of that alignment that it actually activates something in the field and the field brings forward a replication of that,
A reflection of that interval.
What that means for you is that basically if you are thinking that you feel that you are intuitive,
That you feel that you have got access to abilities that can allow you to tap in because you've had validation of that,
You know,
You thought about the person and then they called,
You arrived at the place and then the person showed up,
You went to the thing and then everything happened from there,
You followed that draw,
That line of intuitive sense and that line brought you to a place that felt so inherently in resonance and switched you on from the inside.
So you know that you have that capacity,
But you keep doubting it.
You keep putting a block in your own place because you don't think that this could possibly be true for all times.
Yes,
It was true that one time,
But will it work for all the times?
And so you don't trust it.
And then basically because you're not trusting it,
You send a message up into the quantum field that says,
I doubt,
I doubt,
I doubt.
And it sends a command to the quantum field to bring forward in the form of your partner,
In the form of your mother,
In the form of your banker,
In the form of your lawyer,
Somebody who will say,
You cannot fucking trust that shit.
Who do you think you are trying to operate your life from that level?
That's just utter and complete stupidity.
And so it validates that doubt.
And so then you go on this search from that doubting place to find reflections that can make you exhale a little bit deeper.
But what instead,
If you were to deepen to the voice within you,
That template of divinity within you,
What then?
Be in spaces and places so transmissions can be made.
Deepening to the template of divinity in you is deepening into being.
And in the place of being,
You are here,
You are present in this moment right now.
And from that level of presence,
You activate frequency.
And activating frequency is akin to activating command.
In so many of the sacred texts across many different kinds of religions,
People have been speaking about the command,
To command.
And when the average person is brought into alignment with the idea of commanding,
It brings up fear,
Because it brings up that sort of sense of that egomaniac,
Or that sense of that kind of Hitler-like person,
Who basically is there on the big sort of like mountain with a staff out,
Making people do things that they don't want to do,
And enslaving them if they don't do it.
And so we in our minds have actually created a picture of what command is,
Based on that imagery.
But command is something completely different to that.
What that imagery is,
Is exactly what we've been speaking about before.
It's coming from contraction,
It's coming from doubt,
It's coming from not thinking that the thing could happen,
Unless you muscle it,
Unless you make it happen,
Unless you make that person do it.
It's a different level.
And so that level ignores all of the inner flow,
That says,
No that's not the way,
That whispers,
No that's not the way,
That's not how you do it,
No that doesn't feel right,
No that,
It pushes all of that aside.
It pushes a pain,
It pushes a trauma,
It pushes that sense of dissonance aside,
So it can make the world do my will.
That's not command,
That's force.
Command is frequency matching frequency.
And frequency will match frequency in this level of force.
But what it will do is it will bring the weaker frequency,
So it can be dominated by the stronger frequency,
And the stronger frequency will be inherently steeped in its own weakness.
Different level of communication going on at that point.
Because nothing is elevating from that on an energetic level.
There are things that are elevating on a physical level,
Because if you force things into place,
Yes you'll get certain results,
But how lasting are those results?
And even if they are lasting for generations,
They need to be kept in place by this level of dissonance.
And then this level of dissonance feels like the only way possible,
Which is why we have things like slavery.
We have things like people manipulating and then forcing.
We have things like rape and pillaging.
We have things like taking from another by force.
It's inherently steeped in weakness.
And this world has been built on that kind of hierarchy.
And I say this world has been built,
It's a time and space that is a part of the Earth's evolution.
And in this time and space,
As this part of this Earth's evolution,
There's been an exploration in the Earth's energy of understanding this level of forcing and muscling from the masculine while denying the feminine.
And now coming into alignment means coming into alignment with the truth of frequency.
And we've got the language of authenticity,
The language of truth,
And the language of being I am.
This language does not lie,
It cannot lie.
And when you're commanding from the place of frequency and you're commanding from the place of connectivity of resonance,
A lie cannot be told.
Because on that level there is no recognition for anything that's not in alignment with that frequency.
So if you're desiring to make something happen,
And this now brings in the law of attraction,
Right?
If you're desiring to make something happen,
There's an element of coming into a frequency alignment,
A resonant alignment,
Making it so that you are the thing that you're making happen,
That that's what's coming in your cellular structure,
That you are not a part of it,
You are not apart from it,
You are it.
But resonance at frequency does not lie.
So if there's any element within you that is feeling doubt,
If there's any element within you that's feeling dissonance,
It's not quite there,
You don't quite believe it,
There's still more doubt than there is affirmation,
Than there is confidence,
Than there is truth,
Then your creation will contain the dissonance,
And the dissonance will be in connection with how much doubt you've got,
And how it's almost like basically on this level where it's so precise,
It will come into alignment with what percentage of you doubts,
And that percentage of you doubting will be the percentage that replicates and shows up.
And it will show up,
So basically if you're doubting 70% and 30% of you believes,
It will show up as the hope,
The possibility,
You'll see other people in your environment doing the thing and you'll be like yeah that's that's exactly it,
That's what I want,
That's where I'm going.
But it's skewered in the direction of not getting it because of the doubt,
Not believing,
Not quite in alignment.
And so this is really coming into the inner work that needs to be done,
And it doesn't need to be like you're there with every single one of your 70 trillion cells one by one trying to get the thing to happen,
That's not how it is.
But you have to be honest with yourself around where the dissonance is,
Where the contractions are,
Where the things that aren't quite in alignment are,
Where the weakness points are.
And then you have to be willing to do the work,
To bring those elements into alignment and into resonance with the frequency that you're connecting to.
And when you do that,
When you begin that work,
There's forces that come together that affirm the work that you're doing,
And so ultimately you'll tap into the levels of mastery,
You'll tap into the teachers,
You'll tap into those elements,
Those mentoring elements in the cosmic field that will come together in desire to aid you,
To assist you.
The universe has my back,
Is what Gabby Bernstein says,
Right?
And this is essentially what it is,
Is that when you,
In Quidulini Yoga there's this thing that says when you take one step towards divinity,
Divinity takes a thousand steps towards you.
It's the same thing.
But what of the dissonance?
There can equally be forces,
And we live in a world of push-pull,
And this world operates in pendulum.
So basically as your pendulum swings into,
Yes I can do it,
I could do the thing,
That feeling,
Because you are so connected to the feeling of doubt,
That feeling will activate the yeah but,
The yeah hang on but wait a minute,
But who do you think you are?
That feeling of yay will activate the element of well hang on a minute,
And that element of hang on a minute will then bring you and your attention back into the 70 percent that is not quite with you.
And then it will show you all of those 70 percent elements that make it why you cannot have that thing.
And so the work really is to actually feel the doubt,
Feel the dissonance,
Feel the uncomfortability,
Feel the pain,
Sometimes even feel a bit of the trauma,
Because what will be written in there will be things like shame,
Will be things like unworthiness,
Will be things like unconfident,
Will be things like low self-esteem,
Will be things like anxiety,
And all of the memories that are attached to that will be linked to those feelings,
And those feelings are already validated,
You know those feelings very very well.
So as you pendulum swings and you come back into your 70 percent,
There are all of the reasons why it's not possible for this thing to manifest for you.
And really the biggest,
The most quantum leap you can make in the midst of all of that,
Is just breathing and just opening.
Not fighting it,
Breathing and opening,
Saying yes I see you.
Ahh.
Yes I see you.
Yes I see you.
Ahh.
That's a quantum leap right there.
It's allowing the dissipation of what's there by the loving embrace of it.
But there are things that you might need to go into the story with,
Where you might need to go in and really bring that five-year-old you,
Or that eight-year-old you,
Or that 11-year-old you,
Or that 16-year-old you,
Or that 21-year-old you,
Bring them into alignment with that higher frequency,
By allowing them to see that you are there and you have their back.
And there is work that does that.
One of the main things that I've trained in that does that is tapping and matrix re-imprinting,
Because that really goes in and goes into the matrix of your own storyline and switches it up.
Another thing that does that really beautifully that I've also trained in is theta healing.
You know that brings that kind of level of alignment back in.
But without that level of an alignment meaning connecting to back into divinity,
Connecting back into divine source.
Sometimes you need to go in and do that,
Right?
But the quantum is in the acceptance and the breath and the returning home to the higher frequency and higher vibration.
That's the simplicity of it.
And it's using the body as a tuning fork for that,
Which is really beautiful about being gifted a body by this earth.
And it's something that we need to be internally grateful for because that is the work.
It's coming home to the body,
The physical representation,
The physical replication of who your soul is expressing in this moment and who your soul is allowed to express in this moment because of your own contractions.
Out of all of the infinity you've chose this.
And quantum is about just making a different choice.
You know there's,
I can't remember who the teacher is,
But there's a teacher that says,
Basically when someone comes to him and they say,
You know,
Oh I think it's Joe dispenser,
I think it's Joe dispenser.
When somebody comes to him and they say,
Oh my god like I'm really suffering from this thing and you don't know my childhood was this and you know this has to be my life.
And you know this happened and then that happened and this person did this and I'm just like a complete and utter complete emotional fucking wreck.
And you know,
These things is like what I'm doing as a result,
You know,
Like basically I'm sort of like keeping myself out of,
You know,
The opportunities that are available to me because I can't get out of my house and I can't do this and I can't do that.
And then they look at him and they say,
What do I do?
And he goes,
Stop doing that.
That thing that you're doing where you can't get out of your house,
Get out of your house.
You know that person that you can't speak to,
Pick up the phone and speak to that person.
Just stop doing the things that you're doing that's making you unhappy.
And that literally is a quantum in in in its realization.
But that answer is very frustrating.
If you need to go into the storyline to rescue that child,
That traumatized victimized aspect of yourself.
Be in spaces and places so transmissions can be made.
The transmissions are coming from your own soul.
They're coming from the connectivity of your own cell.
They're like the knocking of your own door,
Asking to be let in.
And in those moments do you pull the curtains and pretend that you're not home?
Or do you open the door?
Do you creak it open even though you're scared?
And then open it that little bit more and that little bit more and welcome in that guest.
That you,
The stranger that you don't know who they are,
But ultimately that stranger is you.
It's an aspect of you.
Be in spaces and places so transitions can be made.
Say yes to life.
Keep saying yes to life.
What is saying yes to life is saying to the activated elements that come forward,
To the excitement,
To the joy.
It's saying yes to the elements that you know are contracted and being willing to be uncomfortable enough to go into those contractions and begin opening them up.
Be in spaces and places so transitions can be made.
And remember always,
Dear one,
Dear soul,
That you,
You are here in this time and space in this here and now to express your soul.
