Let's take a couple of minutes to reconnect to the present moment.
If you're comfortable,
Close your eyes.
Maybe place one hand on your heart.
Notice the air as it flows in through your nose and out through your nose.
Feel your chest expand with each inhale and fall with each exhale.
And as you breathe,
Repeat the mantra,
I am present.
On the inhales,
I am here.
On the exhales,
Keep repeating to yourself,
I am present,
I am here.
And allow yourself to be present with each breath.
And when you're ready,
You can blink your eyes open.
