So let's just take a second to close our eyes,
Maybe putting your hand on your heart,
Taking a big deep breath,
Just feeling that,
Feeling that relaxing energy as you drift out of the mind and begin to feel into the body,
Letting your breath be the guide,
Breathing in,
Expanding out your heart and your chest and your lungs and releasing all the tension and the tightness and the worry and stress and the overthinking,
Breathing in peace and calm and trust and breathing out stress and anxiety and doubt,
Doing that a few more times.
You are such a beautiful,
Radiant being.
You are the essence of love and light and nobody can take that from you.
There is no way to be or show or prove that essence,
It is inherently a part of you.
It shines through every cell of your body.
It glows through your heart.
It pours out through your pores,
Through your eyes,
Through your smile.
Your essence is a unique pattern blueprint here to call forward the right types of experiences and people into your life,
To give you your opportunity to grow and expand your soul,
To achieve your highest potential and to maximize the love that you get to feel every day.
And the more that we give ourself this time to connect into this place of power within us,
The more we turn these parts of ourselves online,
Pulling ourselves out of the digital world and into this physical place right here,
Right now,
Breathing,
Not needing to do anything not needing to be anywhere except right here,
Right now,
In this present moment,
Sinking into this knowing and belief that I am enough,
Exactly as I am in this moment,
Not in moments to come,
In this moment right now,
Just giving yourself a moment of gratitude for giving yourself this moment today to be here,
To connect into the wellspring of your power and your radiance and your love.
You are a magnetic being.
Your energy frequency is so powerful that without saying anything or doing anything,
You get to connect to the hearts of everyone around you,
Just in the belief and knowing that I am enough,
Feeling into that place in your heart.
What does it feel like to know that you don't need to try to do anything,
That you get to be enough right now,
And that by owning this place of authenticity,
Of your unique,
Special snowflake,
That that already is enough to call forward everything that it is that you want.
Breathing into that space,
Trusting,
Feeling what it feels like to let go and just surrender to trust.
You can't mess it up.
Your heart is always guiding you exactly on the path you're meant to be.
Everything in your life has been on divine purpose to help you move through experiences and build your strength and resiliency.
Every challenge,
Every stress,
Every painful experience is here to help you grow and overcome and become an even stronger,
More powerful version of you.
I want you to just let anything that has been heavy on your heart just come up to the surface to be breathed through and released.
Breathing in and release.
Your true power lies in your ability to own your authenticity.
Your magnetic radiance comes from that place in your heart when you allow it to be seen and felt.
Giving yourself permission to breathe into that space right now and breathing it out,
Allowing your heart to breathe.
Breathing into your chest and out through your chest,
Imagining a ripple effect of your energy essence rippling out with golden light,
Trusting and knowing that you are sending out those good vibrations from your heart chakra and that everyone in your surroundings can feel it.
Maybe thinking about one specific person and just sending that thought frequency of love right to them through this heart place,
Through this energy of open expansiveness.
Breathing in love and smiles and joy and sending out love to that person.
Sending that healing.
Sending that adoration.
And now bringing that same energy back to yourself.
Taking a breath and imagining breathing in love and adoration and smiles right into yourself and sending that back,
Pouring over yourself,
Washing yourself with golden light of love.
You are enough exactly as you are to attract exactly what you are meant to have.
You don't need to fight it.
You don't need to doubt it.
You get to release all the stress and just accept and receive it.
Breathing into that place of receiving,
Feeling the energy of adoration,
Stepping into that vision of feeling that partner,
Sending you that adoration just as you sent it to them.
Feeling what it feels like to be adored and loved and cherished for exactly who you are.
Take a moment to check in with yourself.
What does that feel like?
Does it feel like peace,
Like warmth,
Like you can truly relax,
Like knowing that you are safe right here because you are.
Just knowing in this moment that the more time you spend in this space,
The more you are energetically attracting and calling that in.
So let's intentionally call that in.
Dear God,
Angels,
Universe,
Please help me to stay in a place of receiving.
Help me to know and feel and connect into this place every day so that I may attract in with such ease the love that I know I'm meant for.
Help me to see and experience the right types of people that are meant to be in my life.
The ones that have soul contracts to connect with my soul and help me grow and evolve in the ways I'm meant to,
To be my best self.
Help me to relax into knowing and trusting that I am exactly where I'm meant to be in this moment and love myself for showing up every day just a little bit better,
Even when things get hard,
Even when I'm not feeling at my best.
I'm so grateful to be on this journey of life.
I'm so grateful to have yet another day to be alive.
I take this moment to send gratitude for getting to be on this earth,
For getting to have this experience of life,
For getting to connect with new people and have new experiences that uplift me and challenge me in the best of ways.
And from that place,
I am at peace.
There is nothing more I need to do.
There is nothing more I need to be.
I get to be me.
And that is enough.
Just letting yourself stay in this space for as long as you'd like in meditation,
Feeling this energy,
Feeling this radiance of love and peace and trust.
