Welcome to this guided meditation for winter magic and light.

My name is Tess Jewelarson.

I invite you to find a comfortable and quiet space where you won't be disturbed for the next 10 minutes or so.

Sit or lie down whichever is most comfortable for you.

Perhaps allow your eyes to close,

Your gaze to soften,

And I invite you to take a deep breath in,

Letting it out slowly,

Perhaps doing that one more time.

Feeling a sense of ease fill the body,

Releasing tension.

As we enter this meditation,

Envision yourself feeling warm and at ease in a winter wonderland,

Surrounded by a soft blanket of snow.

Imagine a path before you,

Inviting you to take a walk.

Begin to walk slowly,

Feeling the crunch of the snow beneath your feet.

Each step brings you a sense of grounding and connection to the earth.

As you walk,

Notice the winter landscape around you.

The trees stand tall and bare,

Their branches adorned with glistening snow.

Feel the crisp cool air against your face as you continue your walk.

Visualize the snowflakes gently falling around you,

Each one carrying a spark of magic and light.

As you walk further into the winter landscape,

Imagine the world around you transforming into a magical scene.

Picture the snowflakes beginning to glow,

Casting a soft radiant light.

Feel this light surround you,

Bringing a sense of warmth and comfort into your body.

Feel the warmth and comfort spreading from your heart center,

Moving out into your shoulders,

Arms,

Hands,

And fingers.

This warmth pooling into each and every finger.

From your heart center,

Feel the warmth and comfort spread up into your neck,

Face,

And head.

Feel the warmth in your cheeks,

Nose,

And lips.

From your heart center,

Feel the warmth and comfort spreading down through your chest into your abdomen,

Pelvis,

Legs,

Feet,

Toes.

Feel the warmth pooling into each and every toe.

Feel your whole body warm and at ease.

Your whole body filled with this magical winter's light.

Now imagine a point of light in the distance.

It beckons you forward.

And as you approach,

You realize it's a lantern glowing with a soft,

Inviting light.

This lantern represents the light within you,

A resilient source of strength,

A resilient source of wisdom.

Take a moment to connect with this inner light,

Feeling its warmth and radiance fill you from the top of your head down to the tips of your toes.

As you continue your walk,

Acknowledge that winter is a season of contrasts.

Long nights,

Short days,

Darkness,

Light,

Reflect on the symbolism of winter as a time of inner reflection and transformation.

Know that just as the sun rises after the darkest night,

You too can overcome the challenges in your life.

As you navigate through the winter landscape,

Notice the moments of darkness and the moments of light.

Embrace the contrast for they are part of the beautiful tapestry of life.

Take a deep breath in,

Inhaling the crisp winter air.

And as you exhale,

Exhale any tension or worries you may be carrying,

Perhaps visualize any tension or worries you might have catching on to snowflakes drifting around you.

And each unique,

Beautiful snowflake carrying that worry or tension away from you as it drifts down and away,

Little by little.

Notice how much lighter you feel as you release your worries into the magic of this winter wonderland.

Now envision yourself surrounded by a radiant aura of light.

This light represents your inner strength,

Resilience,

Wisdom,

And the magic within you.

Feel it expanding with each breath,

Illuminating the path ahead.

And as we come to the end of this guided meditation,

Take a moment to express gratitude for the winter magic and light within you.

Know that like in nature,

You have the power to transform,

To grow,

And overcome even the darkest moments.

When you are ready,

In your own time,

Gently start to blink your eyes open and close,
