Good morning,
And welcome to today's good morning meditation.
As you find yourself starting to slowly wake up and to become conscious,
Eyes slowly start to open,
Stretching out your fingers and stretching out your toes,
Maybe letting out a really big yawn,
As you step into your body,
And you step into another,
And today I'm going to walk us through the three good mornings,
A process of being able to start off visualizing and feeling the amazing emotion that comes with saying and greeting three individuals.
To start us off today,
I want to invite you to say a good morning to your higher power,
Whether that's God,
Or the universe,
Or it's home to you,
But really take a moment to greet them,
Say good morning,
Express gratitude for another amazing day ahead of you,
Inviting your God into the intricacies and the co-creation of this brand new day.
And as you greet them,
And as you say good morning in prayer and in thought and in meditation,
Imagine just for a moment,
Feeling their warm embrace,
Feeling the love,
The gratitude,
And the support that comes from your God.
And the next good morning is a good morning to you.
Really acknowledging the amazing individual that you are,
Letting yourself know that you're happy to see you this morning,
That you love you,
That you're going to be thinking about you,
That you're going to pour into you this incredible new day.
Really taking the time to pour into yourself in whatever way feels graceful and authentic to you.
And lastly,
A good morning to your loved ones,
Visualizing how do you want to treat the people in your life today,
Whether it's a spouse or children,
Friends,
Or co-workers,
But practice within your mind this morning saying good morning to them,
Pouring into them,
And allowing them to feel your love as we start off this morning.
