Good morning beautiful soul.
Welcome to another beautiful day.
As you start to wake up gently,
You may choose to keep laying in your bed or you may take a seated position in a chair.
Take a few moments now to start breathing deeply in and out,
Circulating new fresh oxygen throughout your body and gently waking up.
Inhale now for three counts and exhale for three counts.
And again,
Inhale for three counts and exhale for three counts.
Keep gently focusing your attention back on your breath and allowing your body to slowly wake up with each new deeper breath.
As you sit here gently breathing in and out,
I want you to call your attention to your body.
How does it feel this morning?
Feel those points where your body touches the mattress or touches the floor and the chair beneath you.
Easy drop in to being present with the way you are feeling today.
And keep breathing in and out softly,
Inhaling and exhaling.
Slowly waking your body up and getting yourself prepared for the beautiful new day ahead of you.
Turning our attention now,
We are drawing our energy down into the center of the earth.
Take a moment now to drop your energy links down into the center and hold it there.
Feel into that beautiful pulsing strength that the earth projects each and every day.
Connect with that energy and now allow that energy to circle up through the soles of your feet up through your entire body,
Feeling that warmth,
That joy,
That love.
Communing with the earth and feeling grounded and energized and joyous by its amazing presence.
Keep breathing slowly in and out as you sit here and allow this beautiful earth life force energy to circulate through your body,
Lifting up your vibration,
Creating space for anything that might come your way today.
Filling you,
Centering you and leaving you feeling clean,
Happy and ready to take on the day ahead.
Keep breathing here now.
Inhale and exhale.
It's just you and being one with the center energy of the beautiful planet earth.
There's so much power here and when we allow ourselves to connect with this energy,
It will give us energy for the rest of our day.
So just imagine it as orange,
Vibrant lights running through your feet,
Running through your legs,
Running through your torso and down your arms and circulating up through your head.
Breathing here slowly and knowing that you can take this energy with you for the rest of your day,
Knowing that you can connect back to this energy anytime you need it throughout the day ahead to give yourself an extra boost of calm and happiness and joy.
Keep breathing here now,
Letting the orange light circulate through you,
Gently inhaling and exhaling.
If you feel the need to smile,
Go ahead and smile.
If you feel the need to laugh,
Go ahead and laugh.
What a beautiful way to start your day.
Now we will come back to our room,
To our bed,
To the chair that we're sitting in.
So now imagine yourself rising up from the center of the earth.
You have that energy inside of you,
But you're no longer connected to the center of the earth.
Slowly float back to wherever your body might be,
Whether that's laying in your bed or gently sitting in a chair.
Keeping all of that beautiful energy with you,
I want you to start slowly feeling back into your body.
Slowly wiggle your toes,
Wiggle your nose,
Then start to give your neck and shoulder a little roll,
Welcoming the day,
Welcoming the consciousness,
Welcoming the immense possibility in front of you.
Now gently opening your eyes,
You may return back to the room around you.
And before you go and start your day,
I just want you to take a moment here to look around and remember the way you feel.
Remember the way your body feels.
Remember the way your mind feels.
Remember what the room looks like and remember how you feel in it.
And just gently allowing your breath to return to its normal states,
I want you to hold this peace and this happiness and this energy in your heart with you as you go out throughout the rest of your day.
