Hello Grand Rising my friend.
Welcome to this morning meditation that will help you start your day on the right foot.
Before you begin your day sit somewhere comfortably where you won't be disturbed for a few minutes.
Get settled and take a deep slow breath in through your nose and a slow breath out through your nose.
See the air coming through your nostrils slowly and out through your nostrils slowly.
Do this a few more times on your own.
Imagine the day ahead of you and no matter what you have to do today see yourself flowing through the day with ease.
Go with the flow.
Allow yourself to move into all your daily tasks one moment at a time.
Breathing effortlessly through the moments.
Visualize how this will feel in your body.
Remind yourself to stay in each moment completing the things you have to do one thing at a time.
Breathe in deeply,
Exhale slowly.
As you take your next breath in say to yourself I'm allowing my mind and body to move through today with ease and flow.
I am focusing on one task at a time.
Being in the moment on the task you're doing.
Not in the future and not in the past.
Breathe in deeply,
Exhale slowly.
Release any tension attached to the day ahead of you.
You're only one person and can only do one thing at a time.
Be here now.
Forget about yesterday.
Forget about today.
Breathe in deeply,
Exhale slowly.
By allowing yourself to be present and in each moment as you move through them you give your mind and body permission to stay calm.
This will allow you to complete the things you need to do more sufficiently and with less energy.
Breathe in deeply,
Exhale slowly.
I allow my mind and body to move through the day with ease and flow.
I allow my mind and body to move through the day with ease and flow.
Take one last deep inhale through your nose and exhale through your nose.
And when you are ready bring some gentle movements to your body and open your eyes.
Feel the calmness and clarity in this moment right now.
Continue this feeling into your day and when you have any moments of stress bring yourself back to this mantra into your mind and into your body and take a deep breath in and out then proceed.
You got this my friend.
Have a blessed day.
