All that you desire is already yours by birthright. Welcome to this Neville Goddard inspired sleep meditation. While relaxing deeply, you will have the opportunity to enter a scene which implies that your wish has already been fulfilled. Saturate your mind fully into the details of your scene as you fall asleep. This act of imagining plants the seed in your subconscious mind for that which you desire to naturally enter into your waking reality. Observe the bridge of incidences that follow!

Transcript

Tucked in to the hazy space between wakefulness and sleep,

Exists a profound window of opportunity to consciously create a new reality for yourself.

What you create in your imagination during this drift has no other option than to come to fruition.

After the seed is planted in your subconscious mind,

There is no further initiation of action required.

You could simply enjoy observing the signs and synchronicities while the universe works in the background,

Setting things up for you.

So we'll take full advantage of that transitional space.

First,

Getting clear about what it is that we are creating.

So while you rest your eyes now,

Getting comfortable,

Consciously set your mind on a desire.

This could relate to having a specific amount of money,

A career change,

Perfect health,

A personality trait.

Truly all that can be conceived with your powerful mind can and will be attained with intentional use of this time before sleep.

All that must be done now is to choose a scene,

One that could only exist if your desire were already yours.

Perhaps in this short 15 or 30 second clip,

Which will be seen in first person point of view,

You could be roaming the city during vacation or enjoying the home you've manifested.

But it could be as simple as telling a loved one of the great news.

Take a few moments here to mentally outline your scene.

Let's go back.

Great.

Now that you've roughly outlined your clip,

We'll place it aside for a moment while we bring the focus inward.

And what's so freeing and what makes this feel so extraordinary is that we can just relax and let go as the universe takes care of the unfolding.

And allowing this wave of relaxation to just sweep on over your body as you enjoy taking a deep breath in through the nose and letting the exhalation sink you deeper into your chosen position.

And on the next deep breath in,

Noticing the sensation of the cool air entering your nostrils and noticing the way that all tensions seem to soften into relaxation on each and every exhalation.

Knowing that the natural flow as your breathing returns to its normal rate is continuing to ease all muscles,

All thoughts beginning to just feel so relaxed,

So relaxed as things begin to pleasantly slow down.

And as the body takes this time in stillness,

The mind too catches up by slowing down,

By sinking deeper down too while remaining alert and focused.

You might enjoy how effortlessly you could relax if you were to send your awareness down to your feet and throughout your legs.

The entire lower half releasing tension.

Naturally when you shift your awareness upward to your torso,

Every muscle can let go.

The hands,

The arms letting go.

Shoulders melting into relaxation.

Your neck bridging the relaxation to your face.

The jaw,

Mouth,

Cheeks relaxed.

Your eyes,

Eyebrows,

And forehead.

The scalp at ease.

And now that your entire body is blanketed in this peacefulness,

This openness,

The mind too in this peacefulness,

This openness.

So,

In a moment,

I will begin to count down and with every number you hear,

You could allow your level of relaxation to build.

When we get down to the number one,

Go ahead and enter fully into your scene.

We'll just start here at the number seven,

Where we can continue tapping in to limitless potentials.

Six,

Deeper relaxed.

Relaxing deeper and deeper still.

Five,

Allowing anything that is not needed to just lift away,

Which you might find leaves you with this effortless sense of ease.

Four,

Transcending states now to a place of serenity,

Completely soothed on all levels.

Three,

Imagination beginning to enhance.

Two,

More and more relaxed yet alert,

Transcending time and space one step closer to your wish fulfilled.

Down to one,

You can enter your scene in first person.

Begin by looking down with your imaginal eyes,

Seeing your hands there in front of you.

Give the scene more clarity as you tune in to this moment.

Being completely overcome with emotion.

Isn't it wonderful?

Good.

And when you're ready,

Go ahead and move back to the very beginning of the scene.

What are your thoughts inside of this moment?

How do you feel?

Continue to explore those emotions while adding more and more detail to your physical surroundings.

Be outside your mind from those questions and rather thaninance something.

Continue to follow the path always before you.

You Good.

Return to the beginning of your scene.

Begin to layer all of the sensory details of reality.

Hear the sounds of the setting.

Feel the sensations of your body as it moves about from within the scene.

This is truly happening right now.

Isn't it wonderful?

You might like to harness the feeling of gratitude in your heart center.

Gratitude for having your wish so effortlessly fulfilled by the universe.

It is finally yours.

Congratulations.

Continue to replay your clip,

Tapping into that sense of ownership,

Each time adding more detail.

More and more immersed into the moment as you drift into sleep.

Falling asleep from your wish fulfilled.
