Jones Do you ever notice synchronicities?
They could come in the form of receiving a message from a friend who you were just thinking of.
Or maybe you've noticed repeating numbers.
Maybe you've seen a wild animal during a time when you needed guidance.
Perhaps there's another synchronicity you've observed.
Noticing the signs and practicing the act of listening to your inner voice are both ways you've likely already experienced this sense of unity.
The third eye chakra is located just above and between the eyebrows.
Lack of use has dulled the activity of this center.
Thankfully though,
Through various techniques,
We can reactivate the sixth sense that is innate within each of us,
Giving back life to our perception beyond the physical senses.
This will allow for stimulation of the imagination and the receiving of clairvoyant messages.
You are protected,
Just as your ancestors were protected as they utilized their third eye in order to receive messages and to interpret their meanings.
Realizing that this connection is accessible to you and that there's nothing exotic about connecting with your third eye.
It is part of you that may simply need a bit of dusting off.
So if you've not yet done so,
Go ahead and get yourself comfortable finding a position,
Lying down or seated where you can relax your muscles.
You may like to close your seeing eyes as we begin to tune in and strengthen the receiving and perceiving eye.
Take a nice deep breath in.
Exhale.
Feeling yourself sinking in just a bit deeper.
As you just let go.
Breathing in again.
And breathing out again.
As your breathing becomes a soothing deepening melody.
Letting go of the day.
Allowing your unconscious to guide you now.
As it watches the conscious thoughts begin to transmute into your unconscious thoughts.
Noticing how that former part of you is happy to send you off with a goodbye now.

On the deeper into relaxation you travel,
The more layers you transcend.
Beginning to notice a pleasant feeling of safety and guidance coming from a silver white light that appears for you now.
Testing down from above,
It has come to relax you very deeply.
Releasing and letting go completely as the peacefulness surrounds your body.
Basking you in a state of complete bliss.
The light enters both of your feet and both of your hands at the very same time.
Swirling energy around your hands and feet where it relaxes your muscles completely.
Melting the tension away.
Leaving your body feeling a total release of any and all pressure.
Moving up now,
The light passes from your feet through your ankles and up to your legs where it now expands its rays of energy.
And from your hands it begins to rise through your wrists and into your arms reaching heightened states of peace.
Effortlessly moving up and passing through your limbs as you allow the pressure to release.
Into your hips,
Relaxing all muscles,
Tendons,
And nerves.
Seeing the loosening effect here.
Collecting relaxation as the light illuminates your hips and torso.
Taking its way up your spine,
Gently basking in light as all parts are being initiated into tranquility along the way up.
Moving up the torso,
Release and let go.
Feeling away any tension along your back.
Relaxing your chest.
And relaxing your shoulders now that you are entering into a trance state.
Descending the physical realm and entering a safe dimension which is free of barriers.
Completely safe and open.
Feeling so at peace,
Feeling so at ease.
While the light easily lifts up,
Saturating your neck muscles,
Allowing them to finally relax.
Seeing its transition up to your scalp,
Painting even more layers,
It sends relief to all muscles,
All cells.
And it begins to ease the jaw and the mouth,
Telling the cheeks,
Nose,
The muscles around your eyes and eyebrows to deeply relax and let go.
It raises up and in a way that feels very nurturing and kind,
The light focuses on the space at the center of your forehead now and you can feel it very pleasantly illuminating this area.
As you enjoy the way it begins,
Opening your reception to non-material existence.
Making way for trust as you continue to allow it to relax you.
Knowing that not only do you exist within the universe,
But the universe exists too within you.
And it feels so comforting to know that you are safe,
Loved and protected here.
The third eye chakra has been observed as a deep,
Rich purple and also as an indigo blue energy vibration.
And now that you are ready to open your third eye,
Again focusing energy to the center where you can see,
Sense or feel the energy of this color forming an orb.
And notice how this orb appears as it begins to swirl around,
Focusing your attention on its trail of movement.
Something made itself appear for you to see past the veil of the physical and into the truth.
So you can send the energy as it begins to expand,
Spanning out from you in all directions.
Allowing your energy to flow along with it,
Blanketing out in all directions.
You are entering another realm in which you are able to access the information you seek.
And you continue to be protected by the white light and helped by this energy along your way.
Opening up,
All the while still expanding this purple indigo colored energy.
The rays so far out,
Defying all space and time.
Encompassing the entire universe,
Covering every true thing that exists.
And with the moon of our planet Earth now being illuminated by this colorful light.
You might like to strengthen this connection further by creating a pillar of indigo blue purple light which connects you directly to the moon.
Merging you to this satellite of intuitive messages.
Messages which could come in the form of images,
Colors,
Thoughts,
Feelings,
Or other positive sensations.
So you can take a moment to experience this sense of connectedness to our planet's satellite.

Being relaxed yet alert and ready to define a question that you might have.
If you don't have a specific question,
You could simply allow the messages to come through knowing that they hold meaning specific for you.
You can ask the universe to send messages visually and they may come in flashes or in a way that is unique to you.
Remain receptive to all forms of messages.
