And feeling yourself beginning to settle into your space here today.

Feeling aware and present of what's alive in your body,

Your heart,

Your mind,

Your spirit.

Just tuning into your breath moving in and out of your body as you become aware of all of these layers of how you feel and how you are being in the world today.

As Venus and Inanna guide us from the heart space into the solar plexus chakra on this journey.

We're going to just listen.

So as you begin to inhale,

Allow yourself to pause at the top of the inhale only as long as what's comfortable causing no tension.

And when you're ready,

You exhale and you pause at the bottom of that exhale only for as long as what's comfortable for you causing no tension.

And then you allow the inhale to flow back in.

At the top of the inhale and at the bottom of the exhale.

And as you allow this breath to guide you and inform you of your heart and your navel and every other energetic center in your body as they all weave together.

Allow there to be a curiosity.

A softness.

A receptivity to how you are the same or different every single day.

Every single breath.

Every single descent and ascent.

All you have to do is continue to breathe.

Breathing in that secret space before the exhale and before the inhale.

And allow it to guide you and inform you throughout this 40 day journey.

On the exhale.

You you you you you you you you you you you you you you and upon your next exhale just simply allow your breath to return to a normal rhythm noticing how you feel now compared to when you first sat down how do you feel in your heart?

Your heart?

Your body?

Your mind?

And your spirit?

Allowing today's meditation to connect you in with yesterday's meditation and to inform tomorrow's meditation as we continue these cycles through time over and over and over again today's journey is complete here now you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you
