What is frequency?
Frequency is the great organiser.
Every single atom,
Every single cell vibrates,
And that vibration creates a frequency.
Depending on what atom that frequency belongs to,
Whether that be an organ in your body,
Or an atom from a table,
Everything gives off a frequency.
And every frequency is affecting and working alongside every other frequency around it.
We are surrounded by frequency,
And they are all harmonising together as if in one universal,
Beautiful,
Invisible orchestra.
When there is energy blockage,
Or when there is illness in the body,
Disharmony will ensue within those frequencies,
Affecting the rest of the frequencies around them,
In turn affecting your physical,
Mental,
Emotional,
And spiritual health.
One way to clear this disharmony,
And therefore ease aches and pains,
Clear damaged cells,
Return to love from a place of depression and despair,
Calm an overactive nervous system which is highly stressed or anxious,
And many other ailments,
Is to bathe in stronger frequencies,
Through music made with frequencies,
Just like the music you're about to hear in this track.

This is one of the most powerful ways to change your state of being.
Before we begin,
I ask you to clearly hold an intention in your mind of what outcome you want to receive from listening to this track.
You are an incredibly powerful creator.
Your very thoughts carry vibrations and are frequencies themselves.
Think about how achieving this intention will make you feel.
When you feel that feeling,
Hold that intention strong in your mind,
Then let it go.
Throughout the meditation,
Let thoughts come and go.
Try not to force a blank mind because you will not succeed.
Instead,
Allow your thoughts to enter your mind,
Acknowledge them,
And then allow them to leave.
Be at peace with whatever happens in your mind.
Become the observer.
Let's begin.
If you haven't done so already,
I invite you to lay down if that's comfortable for you.
Gently closing down the eyes,
Notice where your tongue is in your mouth.
If it's up against the roof of your mouth,
Bring it down into its bed below.
Allow it to relax.
This allows your body to know that it's okay to relax.
Now that you've taken care of that,
Let that thought go.
Taking in a big belly breath.
Pausing for a moment at the top of that breath and slowly releasing the breath through the mouth.
Taking in another big belly breath.
Pausing for a moment at the top of that breath and slowly releasing that breath through the mouth.
Now repeat that breath one more time.
And return to your natural way of breathing.
Feel your body against wherever you are laying.
Feel all the different parts of your body against any clothing that you are wearing.
Getting more and more relaxed with every breath out.
Noticing yourself getting deeper and deeper into a completely relaxed state.
As you settle into your space,
Just taking a moment to scan the body.
Noticing what's going on.
Noticing any areas that may still be holding on.
Noticing any thoughts.
Perhaps the mind is still busy pondering the day's events or those of the past.
Or perhaps you're just wondering what this meditation may entail and are developing certain expectations about it.
Whatever it may be,
Simply letting it go.
You are given permission to leave the day at the door and be here now.
Any sound you can hear outside of this space will further put you into a deeper state of relaxation.
Whatever is happening for you can wait.
This is a time for you.
A time for you to relax,
Restore,
Heal and revitalize the body,
Mind and soul with the healing sounds and frequencies embedded into the music.
