See the tree as it stands tall and still.
Can you feel beyond the tree,
The energy in life that it radiates from within its rough skin?
Bring to mind a mountain.
Can you sense the aliveness of the mountain?
Can you feel the life pulsing within its jagged peaks?
Bring an image of yourself into your own mind.
Can you peer beyond your name and your story and your body to sense something more?
Can you feel a current of energy from within?
You hold the flower as you stand under the tree and gaze at the mountain.
Where does the flower end and you begin?
Can you feel that energy that whispers gently?
