So taking a few moments here and just allow yourself to get really,
Really comfortable in your body.
Imagine you could command any stressful thoughts or energy just to be gone now.
Imagining that with this next deep breath,
You can inhabit yourself even more.
So just take a deep breath and imagine you bring your energy,
Yourself,
Your essence more fully present in this moment.
Taking the breath and imagine filling up with more you,
More possibility,
More potential.
Take another deep breath and just literally intend that I want to return all the parts of me.
If there's energy from conversations or experiences or past things that is still a little fragmented or scattered or with other people or situations,
Pull it in now.
So all of you is returning.
And I want you to imagine what it would be like to tap even more fully into your potential.
Because living in you is the seeds of greatness and some of you are already doing it.
Some of you are living and working and you're on it.
And some of you might be afraid of it,
Might have pushed it away or held it at bay a little bit.
And some of you might not even know exactly what that expression would be.
But I want you in this moment,
Wherever you are,
To put your hands on your heart if that feels comfortable and just say to yourself,
I allow all the potential that is living in me to be expressed now.
I allow the magnificence that I came to be and do and have to come forth now.
I know I am here to experience a wonderful life,
To give and serve and create and enjoy.
So I'm ready for more of that now.
I say yes to more of my potential being actualized.
So it's no longer potential,
It becomes the reality.
Take a breath.
And what I know is that I can take the next guided action.
So I don't have to know the whole plan,
But I'm trusting and knowing that I can just walk out everything that I'm supposed to do because I will be guided in the highest and best for myself.
So take a breath,
Trusting and knowing that there is something very special inside of you.
You came here for a reason.
So I want to encourage you to just notice what comes across your mind,
What your intuition has you do or the people you meet or the books that find you.
So just be noticing that.
So take one more breath,
Giving thanks in advance that this is already done.
And so it is.
