Business Expansion Meditation And Affirmations

Hey,

This is Therese and in today's meditation I want to talk to you about the concept of embodying that next level version of your business.

Here's what I know.

I've been a business coach,

Mentor and a psychotherapist and intuitive healer and what I know is that it's not all about the strategy.

Very often we look to see what's available and what the latest gurus are doing and try as we might,

That usually doesn't work.

The truth is,

It's not what you're doing,

It's more who you are being.

So in this meditation I want to take you into an expansion exercise,

A way to step into that version of you that is next level.

Let's take a moment and we can go there.

Put yourself in a quiet space where you won't be disturbed.

And give your body permission to completely relax.

I want you to begin to take some slow deep breaths.

And as you do,

Notice how comfortable you can allow yourself to be.

Make any adjustments,

Move around,

Just really,

I just want you to be fully,

Fully,

Fully present.

And in your mind I want you to say this,

I give myself permission to hear everything that my unconscious needs in order to become the expanded version of me in the business that I am creating.

I am open to receive all the guidance that is here today.

I'm saying yes to this.

So taking some deep breaths and just breathe into the yes,

Breathe into the knowing that in a moment you are going to hear some good stuff and you are going to receive it,

You are going to take it in.

It's going to be a game changer if you say it is.

Alright here we go.

Taking some more deep breaths and being very centered with yourself.

And I want you to find the place in you where you tap into the mission or your purpose or what I'll call the why of your business.

Like if I was talking to you and I would say why does it matter,

Why do you have to do this?

Why is your work so important?

Truthfully when we just focus on the money or when we focus on what we need,

It doesn't quite have the same feel as if we talk about it in a way where we almost cry because it matters so much.

Do you know what I'm talking about?

When I do work with clients that's when I can tell like ooh there we go.

That's your soul work.

That's your mission right there.

When you are choked up,

When you are so moved that this is like I can't not do this work.

This is mine to do in the world.

So I want you to take a moment and just bring that up.

Bring up your why.

Why does this matter?

Now I want you to notice if there's any part of you that's like well it doesn't matter if there's any resistance parts.

And we're just kind of like shh go lay down.

Just tell those thoughts.

I hear you.

I can talk to you later but not right now.

You're not going to mess up this meditation for me.

So I want you to just feel the big why because this is your spiritual work in the world and just see if you can amplify that.

Imagine you doing that 20% more.

What would that be like?

And now imagine you're having 40 to 50% more impact and income.

And now I want you to expand into the place of oh my gosh this is a dream.

And maybe it's this is how many clients I want to see.

This is the way I want to be serving.

This is the income that I'm at.

This is my new life.

And I want you literally to imagine that you take your energy because we're all energy right?

I want you to imagine that you are bigger than all of this.

Just like you're sitting there and you're like oh yeah I can hold all that.

Because on a soul level it's already preordained.

This is yours to have.

If you have the vision it's yours to have.

The work is how do we get you to the point of self-belief?

How do we get you to the point of understanding the value you bring?

And I'm a big fan of just saying hey if it's yours to do and be just do it and be it.

And I don't mean to make that simple.

But when you work with energy,

When you step into the quantum spaces,

Literally you expand into this next version.

So I want you to see if you can grab the image.

There's me that next version of me.

So let's move into some affirmations and I want you just to sit back and to receive these.

Alright?

I'm going to say them and if it feels right repeat them.

So I'll say them and feel free to say them in your own words.

I am fully supported in my business and my mission.

I trust where I am going and know exactly how to get there.

I bring money in just by showing up,

Being me and being of highest service.

The universe sends me amazing clients.

I can trust the work I do in the world is making a big difference.

I feel so blessed to be getting the clients that I have.

I'm so grateful that I've gone through all that I have and now can serve the way I serve.

My business is growing with ease and with grace.

My clients easily find me because I am a vibrational match to them.

Money flows in the more I show up and share my truths.

I have so much to contribute and I know people want what I have.

I get paid for being me.

It feels great to be doing the work I do.

I trust the ideas that I'm given.

I know this is sacred work.

And I feel so grateful to be in this place at this time.

So taking another breath I want you to start to return to your body.

I would suggest that you listen to those affirmations and say it to yourself 100 times a day.

My business grows with ease and grace.

Just say it to yourself over and over and over.

We literally are re-programming your mind.

I want you to feel like there's the difference between the facts and the truth.

Let's say the facts are,

This actually happened to me.

I had gone through bankruptcy about 10-12 years ago and I was making probably $70,

000.

That was a fact.

And yet the truth is that my truth was no,

I'm a six-figure coach.

I know I am.

It is mine to have and be.

So it wasn't the truth at that time,

It was the fact is I wasn't making that money.

But I decided to claim the truth.

I decided to be in gratitude and appreciation and act as if I had that $100,

000 business.

So I made decisions.

I walked in the room feeling like I've got a successful business.

I am a successful business owner.

I literally put it in my energetic body.

I became that which I desired.

And you know,

A lot of attraction stuff says,

Right?

We have to be a vibrational match.

So I want you to,

Today we kind of gave you a vision of the expanded version of you.

Now I want you to practice it because it is a state that lives in your body.

It's not a thing out there.

It's not,

Well,

It'll happen in six months if and when.

Oh no,

No,

No,

No.

You literally can sit down right now and say,

Okay,

Tune into the place where it's already here.

How does that feel?

What would I be telling myself?

How would I dress?

How would I walk?

How do I show up when I am that?

Not if I'm that,

When I am that,

Because you are that.

Okay.
