Hi,

It's Denise.

Welcome.

We're going to take just a little bit of time together today to reset through our breath.

So I'd like you to find a comfortable seat,

Sit bones planted,

Spine straight,

Palms up,

Beginning to let yourself melt into the seat.

Body,

Mind,

Letting your breath draw you deeper in,

Finding your own rhythm.

And on your next breath,

We'll begin to shift our attention to draw the inhalation from our root,

Our tailbone,

Drawing that breath all the way up,

All the way up to the top of our head,

Our crown,

Pausing,

And then allowing your exhale to drop all the way back down,

All the way down from crown to root,

Breathing it all the way,

Exhaling.

And again,

Allowing your inhalation to begin from your root,

Breathing all the way up to crown,

Pausing,

And allowing a full exhale,

All the way back down.

And let's repeat,

Breathing in from root all the way up to crown,

And exhaling,

Crown to root.

And let's do this for another count of six full cycles.

And as you complete this last round of breath,

Beginning at your root,

Breathing all the way up through to your crown,

And exhaling,

Crown all the way back down to your root.

Really allow yourself to take a moment to feel your body,

Noticing whatever you notice.

If your palms are still face up,

Maybe you want to turn the palms down on your thighs,

Really help ground in this new sensation,

Maybe a new emotional state.

Imagine the music is filling every cell of your body with a sense of calm,

Peace,

And deep relaxation.

And just take this next little bit to really receive,

Feeling your feet on the ground,

Heart,

Wide open,

Gently bow your head towards your heart,

Maybe bringing your hands,

Your palms,

Into Anjali mudra in front of your heart space.

And just bowing in gratitude for the time that you gifted yourself to just reset,

To just be in this moment,

Time that you gifted yourself to just reset through the power of your breath.
