Finding yourself a comfortable seated position,

Sitting up nice and tall.

Head,

Neck,

And spine in one line.

Just gently closing your eyes,

Feeling your balm firmly planted on the chair or wherever you are sitting right now.

This is a visualization meditation to plant that seed and help you cultivate your deepest desires.

This meditation is most effective when done every morning consistently for a period of time.

Keeping a visualization practice as part of your morning routine will really help you call in all that you desire.

Many of us have several dreams and visions for ourselves in our lives,

But oftentimes that is all they end up being.

By directing our thoughts,

Attention,

And complete awareness to these desires,

They can slowly start to come to fruition for ourselves.

Start by taking three grounding breaths in through your nose and out through your mouth.

Feeling this life force energy flowing through your body.

Allowing any thoughts that are currently present in your mind to gently pass.

Creating a clear space so you can call in all that you desire.

I invite you to ask yourself,

What do you desire most right now?

What are you ready to call in?

Think of that desire as a seed deeply rooted in this earth.

And just as that seed needs optimal conditions to grow,

Well fed,

Well watered,

With sunlight.

Everything goes for our desires.

They need loving care and nourishment so they can come to fruition.

Simply remind yourself that everything you desire is already there waiting for you on the other side.

Take a long deep breath.

On the inhalation,

Begin to call in that desire.

Feeling it in your body,

In your bones,

And deeply rooted in your heart space.

And on that exhalation,

Simply let go.

Reminding yourself that all you desire is absolutely possible for you.

Now with that desire,

I invite you to begin imagining it.

You are living in it.

It is already yours.

This is your life.

Feel it.

What does it look like?

Maybe you are noticing what you are wearing,

What city you are in,

Your environment,

The season,

The weather,

The time of day.

Who is there with you,

Surrounding you?

You are there right now,

Living your deepest desires.

And then take it a little bit deeper,

Looking more into the details.

Maybe you are noticing the color or style of your hair,

The smell of your perfume or cologne that you are wearing,

The sounds that are going on around you,

The smells in the air.

You are living in it and experiencing it in first hand.

Take it all in.

Sit with it for a moment,

Feeling this experience deeply in your body.

Allowing any sensations to flow through.

Feel it,

Like really feel it.

How does it feel?

Noticing any sensations that are going on throughout your body,

Back in this new reality.

Maybe you are experiencing tingles,

Butterflies,

Excitement,

Pure joy.

If you are outside in this new reality,

Maybe you can feel your arm here standing from a breeze in the air.

If you are surrounded by people,

Maybe you can feel the warm,

Loving sensation of someone giving you a big hug.

Maybe you have an audience,

Maybe you are hearing the sound of clapping hands and feeling the sense of pure pride for living the life that you desire,

For following through with your dreams and creating this reality for yourself.

As you continue living your desires,

Become so completely aware of all the sensations that are going on through your body,

Fully living in and experiencing this picture you have created in your mind.

This is your reality.

Sit with it for another moment,

Experiencing these feelings,

Sensations,

Emotions,

And your environment deeply within you,

Holding them so,

So closely.

Just experiencing.

Now slowly finding your way back to this room,

To this present moment.

Take a deep breath,

Feeling a deep expansion from your heart space as you inhale,

Feeling so much love and gratitude and excitement for this new reality you are creating.

Stand on the exhalation,

Let go of any fears,

Worries,

Or any other emotions that might be holding you back,

Allowing for more and more space to bloom.

Slowly reminding yourself that all that you desire is possible.

All that you desire is already there,

Ready,

Waiting for you to believe in yourself.

With loving intention daily,

Continue to nourish that seed,

Creating optimal conditions so it can flourish.

You are creating your desired reality.
