We're going to start this meditation by taking a few deep,

Expansive breaths in through your nose and out through your mouth.

Bringing yourself to a comfortable position,

Whether seated or laying down.

On a cushion,

On a mat,

Whatever's comfortable for you,

Find yourself there now.

Taking a moment to fully arrive in your body.

Bringing awareness to your body and the different sensations that might be flowing through it right now.

And allow yourself to be here fully throughout this meditation.

There's nothing to worry about.

You have nothing else that needs to be done in this moment.

Simply just be here.

Taking a big,

Deep inhale through the nose,

Feeling the expansion of the belly all the way up into the rib cage and the chest and the heart space.

Feeling such a deep,

Deep sense of expansion here.

And exhaling through the mouth,

Letting go completely,

Fully surrendering to the breath.

Letting the air completely flow out of you.

Now begin imagining a red ball situated at your root chakra,

The base of your spine.

And from this ball,

Imagine tree roots growing out of it,

Growing deeply into the earth.

Spreading their roots across the forest,

The fields,

The tree beds,

Wherever you are,

Imagining these tree roots continuously and deeply spreading out.

Really grounding yourself into this earth.

Taking a deep inhale through the nose and on the exhale,

Allow your body to sink deeper and deeper.

Feeling an even stronger sense of grounding here.

This is your opportunity to be fully and completely present.

You have nothing to worry about.

Aside from being here in this moment,

Fully and completely in your body.

Feel what it feels like to be so deeply connected to the earth,

So deeply grounded and so present within yourself.

This is so accessible to you anytime throughout the day.

Whenever you find yourself falling out of this grounded state,

Just take a few breaths and bring yourself back here.

Find yourself that this is always and will always be accessible to you.

Allowing yourself to take another deep breath here and through your nose,

Feeling the expansion of your belly up into your rib cage,

Up into your heart space.

Feeling such a deep sense of love right here,

Right now.

And on the exhale,

Letting go completely of all the air in your lungs,

All the air in your body,

Fully and completely surrendering to your breath.

Allowing yourself to sink into the state of being,

The state of grounding,

Knowing it is always and will always be accessible to you.

So as you go about your day and find yourself falling out of the state of being,

Bring yourself back here to your breath,

Feeling that deep connection from your root chakra deeply planted into the earth.

And remind yourself to be present,

To be here right now in this moment.
