Welcome in and get ready to ease into your day with this short routine.

We'll start in a 4-4 rhythm,

In the nose and out the mouth.

Get comfortable and let's begin in 3-2-1,

In 2-3-4,

Out 2-3-4.

The breath begins to help your body warm up and wake up,

Preparing you for your day ahead.

Let's pick it up,

Double speed,

In 2,

Out 2,

In 2,

Out 2,

And now we'll slow it back down for just 2 breaths,

In 2,

Going back into double speed,

In 2,

Out 2,

Just a few more.

Now deep breath in,

Pausing here at the bottom.

Let yourself ease into this day,

Getting started on the right foot.

It's going to be a beautiful day ahead.

And it's time for that big inhale,

Holding briefly,

Releasing with the vibrational hum,

In 3-2-1,

Right into the second round,

In 3-2-1,

In 2-3-4,

Out 2,

Let's pick it up,

Double speed,

Just a few more.

Now deep breath in,

Hold,

Pausing here at the bottom.

What kind of day do you want to have?

How do you want to feel today?

Perhaps a one-word intention for today comes to mind.

And it's time for that big inhale,

Holding briefly,

Releasing with the vibrational hum,

Final round,

2-2 rhythm,

In 3-2-1,

In 2,

Out 2,

In 2,

Out 2,

And now we'll slow it back down for just 2 breaths,

In 2,

Out 2,

Going back into double speed,

Now deep breath in,

Pausing here at the bottom.

As you get ready to start your day,

What's one thing you would like to bring into fruition today?

Play it out in your mind,

Visualize it as if it's happening right now.

And it's time for that big inhale,

Holding briefly,

Releasing with the vibrational hum,

2 more times,

Let it go,

One more breath in,

One more hum,

And now return to your natural breath rhythm,

And now we'll slow it back down.

Staying here a little longer if you'd like to,

If not,

Getting ready to bring this positive energy into your day ahead,

Carrying it with you into all of the actions you take today,

Come back to this practice regularly to receive all the benefits from it.

And until next time,

Breathe well.
