Three rounds of guided breath work.
In this session we're going to start with the slow and gentle 4-4 rhythm,
Moving quickly into a 2-2 rhythm,
With each round getting progressively faster,
Breathing in the nose and out the mouth with each rhythm.
So make yourself comfortable and settle in as you bring your awareness to your breath.

Enliven your entire body with fresh oxygen.
And let it go.
Return to your natural breath,
And let's get ready to move back into a 2-2 rhythm.

You enliven your mind,
Body,
And spirit more and more.
