Allowing yourself to shift your posture if there's anything that you need to change in order to be more comfortable,
To sustain your position.
Feel your whole body relax into this space,
Taking a deep breath in through your nose,
Exhaling through your mouth,
Making sure that your body is comfortable,
Supported,
And stable.
Allowing your body to take up more and more space with every inhale and every exhale.
With every inhale,
Allowing a wave of peace to wash over your body and every exhale,
Releasing tension from your body.
As you breathe,
Allowing the oxygen to nourish your whole body from the top of your head to the tips of your toes,
Taking a deep breath in through your nose,
Exhaling through your mouth,
Noticing where your body is connected to the ground and where your body is connected to your body.
Your feet may be on the floor,
Your hands may be on your lap.
Noticing how your body supports itself,
How your back supports you,
How your neck holds up your head,
How your legs keep you upright.
Allow these sensations to fall deep into your body,
Creating a sense of stability and groundedness as you connect with the earth.
Taking a deep breath in through your nose,
Exhaling through your mouth,
Noticing any sensations in your feet,
Noticing your toes,
The bones in your feet,
The heels,
The tops of your feet,
The bottoms of your feet.
Allowing a feeling of gratitude to flow through your whole body,
Landing at your feet.
Feeling gratitude for your toes,
For keeping you balanced,
For the hundreds of bones in your feet,
For the soles of your feet that have taken you so many places.
Allow this feeling of gratitude to ignite reciprocity with your feet.
Taking a deep breath in through your nose,
Gently exhaling through your mouth.
Feeling that energy of gratitude move up to your ankles,
Feeling grateful for the bones of your ankles for holding your legs,
This joint that has taken so much pressure.
Take a deep breath in through your nose,
Gently exhaling through your mouth.
Feeling gratitude for your calves,
Your shins,
Your legs for being strong.
Taking a deep breath in through your nose,
Gently exhaling through your mouth.

Feeling the weight of your thighs,
Their strength,
Their stability,
All of the muscles inside of your thighs.

Allowing that gratitude to move up through your pelvis to your hips for the shape,
The strength,
The stability,
Extending out and in as needed.
Feeling gratitude for the capacity for your hips to pivot in the world.
Allowing this gratitude energy to move towards your organs,
Towards all of the organs in the bottom of your belly.
Feeling so much gratitude for the digestive system,
For the kidneys,
For all of these organs working together.
Moving this gratitude energy up towards your ribs,
Feeling gratitude for each and every one,
For keeping your organs safe,
For keeping you alive.
Allowing that gratitude to move towards your lungs,
For your body giving you breath as you inhale peace and exhale tension.
Feel this gratitude move towards your spine,
Feeling this gratitude move up through your spine as you feel gratitude for your back.
Your back that has been with you through so much,
That has supported you through so much.
Taking a deep breath in through your nose,
Exhaling through your mouth,
Feeling gratitude extend towards your shoulders.
Having held many burdens,
Many weights that your shoulders have endured.
Take a deep breath in through your nose and as you exhale feel that gratitude move through your arms,
Your biceps and triceps,
Your muscles in your arms,
Knowing that your body can hold you.
Feeling that gratitude move towards your elbows,
Being able to bend with every movement that you desire.
Feeling the gratitude move towards your forearms and each one of your fingers,
Feeling the gratitude extend to the tip of your middle finger,
To the top of your arm.
Reminiscing about all of the things that your arms have held throughout your life.
Allowing this gratitude energy to move towards your arm,
From your arms to your chest.
This beautiful pulsing energy center where our heart lays.
Feeling your chest expand and contract with every inhale and exhale.
Feeling this energy of gratitude move towards your face,
For your eyebrows,
Keeping your eyes safe,
For your eyes themselves,
For their piercing gift of sight.
Feeling gratitude for your nose which connects us to our heritage,
The capacity for senses,
For your mouth where you speak your truth.

Feeling your whole body contained by this energy of gratitude as your whole body is connected.
Take a deep breath in through your nose,
Exhaling through your mouth,
Allowing your whole body to relax from the top of your head to the tips of your toes.
