Welcome,
Friend.
Let's begin our journey to meet our highest self.
Begin in a comfortable seated position,
Perhaps placing your hands on your body and connecting with your breath.
Let yourself settle in,
Breathing deeply through the nose,
Filling the belly,
The chest,
And the head,
And exhaling completely.
Again,
Breathing deeply from the base of the spine all the way to the crown of your head.
And exhale it out with a sigh.
Breath out.
And as you continue with this breath,
Feel the tension begin to leave your body.
Relax the muscles in your face.
Release your jaw.
Let your shoulders come down from your ears.
Soften your waist.
Breathe now into any spaces where you may be holding on to tension and just let it go.
Allow it to release gently with each exhale.
And now,
Breathing into the subtle current of energy just below the surface of your skin.
Just noticing,
Becoming curious.
And now,
Breathing into your heart,
Going deeper and deeper into the deepest part of yourself with every single breath.
We'll take five deep breaths together as we go deeper into the sound.
And as you arrive here,
Begin to visualize yourself at the bottom of a mountain.
Surrounded by trees,
You hear the sounds of the birds.
Feel the light breeze on your skin.
The softness of the ground beneath your feet.
And a beautiful mountain stream along the side of your trail.
As you begin your climb up this mountain,
There is a deep knowing that this is the most important journey of your life.
And as you walk along the path,
You notice the effort,
The heaviness of a backpack on your shoulders.
This pack holds any blocks,
Self-doubt,
Fears,
Or limiting beliefs that you may be holding.
Let's set our intention now to release each and every one.
One by one.
Taking each fear or limiting belief out of your pack.
And saying,
Thank you for protecting me.
I no longer need you now.
I am safe.
Then taking another.
Thank you for protecting me now.
I no longer need you.
And taking one more.
Thank you for protecting me.
I no longer need you now.
One step at a time.
One limiting belief at a time.
Journey on.
Your pack begins to lighten until it is so light you no longer feel it.
Soon you notice that you are almost at the top of the mountain.
Begin to see a shadow.
And as you get closer,
You realize the shadow is you.
Only slightly different somehow.
Calm,
Self-assured.
Strong and peaceful.
This version of you seems to glow with a beautiful warmth and light.
As you get close,
You can feel the energy of this being.
Their eyes sparkle and the corners of their mouth turn red.
Turn up in a smile as they see you.
And you are filled with the love and compassion this self has for you.
Take a moment to absorb their love for you.
Their wisdom.
Their confidence.
And allow yourself to just be in their presence sitting together.
Perhaps you even ask how they got there.
And what it is that you must do.
This version of yourself.
When you have absorbed all of the wisdom that this highest self wants to share with you.
All of the energy of their presence.
You both stand and embrace.
These two versions of yourself meld together as one.
You may feel a shift in your energy as you absorb this uplifted highest self.
That feeling of self-assured.
The ease and elegance.
The wisdom and strength.
The deep self-confidence and knowing of your worth.
Feel this energy cultivating within you now.
Imagine going through the rest of your day.
With this essence.
The essence of your highest self.
And so it is.
This highest self has been within you all along.
You can return to this practice any time you need to up-regulate.
Remember this presence,
This essence.
Recalibrate.
Bringing both hands together at your heart center.
Pressing the thumbs into the heart.
The center of your chest.
Take a deep breath in,
Sealing this energy within you.
And exhale it out.
And now bringing both thumbs up to the third eye.
