Welcome to this meditation.
This meditation is intended to bring a feeling of positivity about your physical body.
Let's begin.
Find a comfortable seat.
Lengthen your spine.
Take a deep breath in.
Begin to connect.
Breathing into your heart.
Expanding your lungs.
Allow your shoulders to release.
As you inhale,
Coming in through your nose and expanding your lungs.
Allow you to connect with an even breath.
As you imagine the strength,
Vitality,
And health you desire for your physical body.
Imagine now having all of the strength and health you desire.
Feeling strong and fit.
Releasing any pain or dis-ease in your body.
Imagine your body in the most positive way.
Notice how that feels.
Breathe in now,
Perhaps even imagining a time when you felt the physical health that you desire.
Now repeat these affirmations.
My body is healing in every way.
I am strong and radiant.
My body does so much for me.
Ways that I can move.
I can feel good in my body.
I take good care of my body.
My body is a vehicle.
Deep breath in.
Feeling the positive vibrations you are creating in your body.
Exhale completely.
Exhale completely.
Imagine going through your day with this positive vibration in your body.
Filled with gratitude for all that it does.
Feeling a sense of acceptance for exactly where you are.
Knowing that as you return to this practice,
You are practicing with me.
