This winding wall follows rugged country,
Thick foliage and steep mountains.
Designed to guide and provide a safe passage.
So ancient yet shared with many travellers.
We all walk this path together.
As you place one foot in front of the other,
You follow those footsteps of the people who have walked before you.
Sensing Earth's gravity grounding you deeper now into Mother Gaia.
The sound of birds singing little love notes welcoming your present.
You notice hugging the sides of these stone walls is a bamboo forest.
Imagine now that you are surrounded by lush,
Emerald green bamboo leaves and wild plants.
This vibrant green energy is breathing you awake and actively rising up to meet you.
It is nourishing,
Refreshing and feeding you with chi and life force soothing your entire nervous system.
A nearby creek creates a sudden calming feeling which washes through your spine.
Your spiritual backbone is opening up like a clear channel.
Imagine your spine now like a hollow bamboo trunk filled with the frequency of electric green light.
Flexible but strong,
Bending with the breeze but resilient.
Flushing right down your back and empowering your structure,
Removing all that is blocking your truth.
As a source of strength and power,
This sacred site is inviting you to see through all the veils of illusion and the stories keeping you small.
We sometimes pretend that we can't hear our true guidance.
We often don't want to face the truth because then we'll have to make a change and that can frighten us.
Turning away from truth costs us our health.
We feel it deep in our bones as energy cannot lie.
We need courage to stand in our truth and allow our souls to take over our decisions.
The ancestors of this sacred site speak to you now.
Retreat to this place,

When you are ready to stop hiding from yourself.
Come to this place when you feel you can no longer betray your heart.
Absorb the truth like a steady stream which removes false ideas,
Limiting beliefs and confusion.
Our whole universe is designed around laws of truth and eternal knowing.
Take a big breath now from the base of your spine all the way up to the crown of your head.
Let gravity take the exhale all the way back down to the earth.
Sense your backbone supporting you to be the truest expression of who you came here to be.
Use your heart as a compass and put one foot in front of the other.
