What an exciting day it is today.
Really if we look at all the transformation that's happening for not just individuals but the planetary transformation that is happening,
We live,
We surely live through the,
Through very exciting times.
We are going through very,
Very dramatic changes and somehow when there are so many changes it seems like that the changes aren't so dramatic as if,
As they would seem to be if we were to look at them from a sort of more neutral perspective.
Because so much is changing,
Whatever changes is like,
Ah,
That's just another change and it seems like those changes are happening but the impact isn't as strong as usual.
You know,
If you live a fairly still,
Calm life and nothing really changes as perhaps our ancestors lived thousands of years ago and one big change happens then that's sort of remembered in history as a major event but now there are so many of those major events it's almost as if those events just,
They happen and then we get ready for the next one.
So in that way,
What are all these changes about and what is so important today,
Why is today so important,
What makes today a special day compared to yesterday or tomorrow when all these changes are still going to happen today and last night the full moon opened the energies so that we could discover what freedom means,
Not just the freedom that we usually want or associate as freedom for ourselves but freedom for all.
This means that transformation is happening synergistically,
It's not just happening for one person but as one person changes the changes get to be more powerful,
The changes become more real and those changes expand into the multi-dimensional space that is our experience because we don't live through linear or conceptual understanding of whatever is going on.
We actually interact on so many levels whether aware of those levels or not we interact on so many levels to the experience and to the meaning and to the core essence of the experience.
So the core essence of experience for me is all about self-knowledge,
Is about wisdom,
It's about understanding.
That is perhaps conceptualized in a way that makes sense to me but everyone has that driving force and perhaps it's translated differently for different people so self-knowledge may not be the big thing for everyone but on some level it is and perhaps it's conceptualized through a different expression,
Through different words or through different ways of sort of relating to that concept but in the end we are all looking to free ourselves from the chains that hold us back and today's full moon is the expansion of space so that that is more possible than ever before.
It's more possible simply because the state of lightness or energy lightness that is created by this full moon means that it is much easier to let go,
To clear away that emotional baggage that we've been holding on to especially in the last six months.
You know the emotional baggage that we may not be aware of subconsciously maybe we're holding on to these things that only make sense as they come up to the surface so we're not aware that we're carrying this but is really a day where we somehow because we feel lighter because we feel this sense and experience of freedom we begin to address this heaviness or the emotional baggage that we've been holding on to that has sort of created a lack of freedom or constriction in a space where freedom isn't so visible or audible or touchable or even intuitive intuitively experienced.
Now it's almost as if because of this lightness we're able to let go of the baggage that we've been struggling with for many many months.
It's an incredible moon there is all sorts of changes happening within the constellation of the moon and the planets are like the cells of the body like the wonderful cells of the body they all work in symbiosis so the planets including planet earth and we are part of planet earth work in symbiosis to the changes and alignments that happen all around us.
So as this alignment allows us to look into freedom from a deeper perspective what we are doing is looking in a more objective and balanced way not only at everything that is happening around us but especially especially we're looking at personal experiences personal relationships personal experiences that mean a lot to us so personal relationships for most human beings is the very core aspect of understanding what freedom means you know if we can create a good relationship with ourselves or with our partner or with our children or with the people that we love around us or the people that we spend lots of time and give our energy to that are close to us in any sort of way not just in a sort of personal and loving or married or boyfriend girlfriend sort of relationship but any sort of relationship where we understand what it means to be free now we are able to look at this relationship in a more balanced way so it's interesting because when this happens it allows us to somehow look at our needs and intentions from a new perspective and look at the needs and intentions of others from a new perspective so we are not only in touch with the desire to be free we're in touch with the consequence of what that freedom means and that means that we clarify our needs so that they are not sort of caught up in the emotional baggage that we've been carrying and caught up in that sort of perception that that emotional baggage very often creates because it's such a strong energy now we are almost clarifying those needs and intentions not only for ourselves but we're also understanding from this space of freedom what those intentions are for those personal relationships that are being created or are part of your life by those people who are in relationship with you all these other people that are in relationship with you have intentions have a need that they're somehow putting out there in some way or in some form or another and if the intentions that meet each other within the space of freedom lack this freedom are caught in that sort of emotional baggage in that sort of emotional baggage that we've been holding on to many people have been holding on to then those intentions that we create and those intentions that come to us from all those personal relationships that we are surrounded by somehow don't meet don't recognize each other so that causes sort of imbalance or disharmony that very often creates volatility and reactivity and sometimes it has nothing to do with the situation it might just be our own mind thinking in a reactive way or a volatile way and that is terrible really on one level because sometimes then when we create more heaviness or we create sort of an alignment within our communication that doesn't meet the person in a heartful heart heartful way or doesn't meet the person from a really deep and profound space rather meets a person from that volatility from that emotional reactivity because of this baggage that we've been carrying around now it's time to enter the gate that will allow us to the temple what I call the temple of the Kings this means that we are somehow through freedom understanding and touching upon the empowerment that allows us as human beings from a heartfelt space to let go of all that egoic realm of sort of imbalance that is created when we are empowering the imbalance that is part of our emotional reactivity or emotional baggage rather than like now intensely reaching up to a point that I call your potential possibility that exists within you even if you can't see it a king always knows that all is perfect if the king is living in a space that is not only free but a space where it is clear it's understood that part of you your heart is the king your heart understands that part of you that sometimes is driven to get caught in the greed or the intensity of the moment or the pain of the moment the heart which is the inner king that is now reaching out towards this beautiful potential is not only free but knows that right now in this moment you are here at the very top of your conscious mind the very top of your conscious mind this means that you are you can imagine this you know you're right at the top of the mountain you're right your attention is no longer caught in the reactive feelings that somehow get the muscles tight or get your breathing to a pattern of breathing that is sort of reactive but your attention is reaching for the top and the way we do this in spiritual practice in this meditation that I want to share with you now is by reaching to the top of our head what is known as the fontanel it's the cranium it's the crown chakra it's the point at the top of the head that opens up to this universal freedom and if our attention is right here it feels very sensitive it feels you know the fontanel when a baby has the fontanel open open and it's a very sensitive point it's almost so sensitive because and the baby needs to be in touch with the universe and the universe is in touch with the baby and so this communication that I'm speaking about that's happening now through intention and through clarity through focus is not happening through your mental sort of concepts or the perceptions that are happening in your mind but this connection is happening right at the top you are the king sitting in the space where you are free to let go of the greed and the pain and the suffering and all the little things that the ego likes to latch onto that then very often create this harmony in our closest relationships now you are letting that go because there is no longer a need to hold on to a personal life where suffering is the sort of light that is driving you forward now what is driving you forward when you come back to your heart when you come back to this wonderful space the king within you is the freedom of manifesting your intention in such a clear way and the freedom of letting go of your previous baggage that the previous bag emotional baggage that you've been holding on to to let that go so that happiness is the space that the heart begins to recognize in the personal relationships that are around you happiness means connection and connection happens through intention connection happens through clarifying needs so that they are objective and not reactive from that space of need neediness but your needs as as they are really are so your need to communicate is not a neediness your need to communicate when coming from a space of clarity when your intention is connected to your heart that that is not neediness that is just what human beings do when they're free and exploring that space of freedom in an open and honest and real way so that relationship is not about fear relationship is not about losing yourself in the reactive painful space that the mind creates because it's worrying about this or not quite clear why certain things are happening now as you let go of all that as you let go of that fear that which that what was driving you before there is an abundance that is what happiness means there is an abundance of potential that you can reach out for not only emotional abundance you know there are so many feelings that we can feel why do we choose the emotional baggage and why do we hold on to that emotional baggage for so very long now as you clarify that you're creating a new intention and you're letting that go and so there are so many possibilities and one of the very wonderful possibilities that you can look at at this moment is the abundance this this understanding that there is so much more than what you thought before now that you are living in this moment now that you are connected to this moment in this moment there is so much more than the thoughts of the past there is so much more than the belief systems of the past and now as you open up to the potential you are opening up to a truly intimate relationship with yourself and with those who are around you this means that you are not afraid to open up the heart area the king within so that you show your openness and your honesty in a way that reveals the genuine qualities that make you human that is what's missing not just from you not just from another person but from the world that's the paradigm that is changing at the moment this is why it is so exciting because those genuine qualities will allow for us to again come back to mutual respect and understanding that will lead not only you but everyone around you and I believe given time given these transformations everyone will begin to experience a more successful personal relationship but also because of the abundance a business or monetary relationship that they have with various dimensions of the the world whether through your work or through just luck or through just recognizing possibilities that perhaps because of the baggage that held you sort of held you back it was very difficult to see before now you're opening up freedom means opening up to what has always been there but now you begin to see it so actually this time will given given just the next few days going through a few sort of adjustments and few bumps you know just for the next few days but good positive days but for the next weeks there is a lot of happiness and beautiful luck what I call luck meaning that you know things will just fall into place things will be easier than before as you let go of that baggage you will somehow be running towards your potential rather than always somehow being held back by the past now there is a sort of openness to optimism that will happen and because of this it's a very good time to manifest new new ways of doing things new things invite new things to your life so this means that you have to remember the one important thing and that is that we are letting go of the past but we haven't let go of the past so there may be these are the bumps I was speaking about there may be sort of a little bit of intensity a little bit of ups and downs happening over the next few days a little bit of facing yourself and realizing oh gosh I don't need to hold on to this part of myself anymore a little bit of a buildup of pressure and if you allow for the intensity to build up it can lead to more it can lead to a negative but this won't happen but you know just so that you really let go of the baggage the buildup of intensity if somehow you you feed it by obsessing over certain thoughts and worrying and just getting caught again in the baggage will sometimes lead to what I call more neurotic obsessive destructive behavior which is not likely to happen but just in case you notice this happening for yourself or for any other people around you understand it's the buildup of intensity and we can help one another we can help create the sort of plan as to how to let go of that buildup of intensity so that we don't trigger ourselves or others to that tipping point that sort of takes away our personal power that sort of brings us down into the mud and we get sort of caught by all that sort of heavy difficult ego trying to let go of certain things but of course the ego doesn't want to let go of anything so fighting with the ego and tension and all that sort of more heavy stuff that isn't really much isn't so important for this next few few weeks because we are going through transformation where the self will notice a more positive and loved loving sort of atmosphere more positive and loving sort of atmosphere and even if we inadvertently sort of chain ourselves to the past the alignment of planets truly helps us to be free so we can connect to that which is outside of the ego so we can look at the moon and open ourselves and breathe and just enjoy that the moon is just it's so full of light subtle light but truly touches the wonderful king within our heart the moon is almost like the queen that we're speaking to and it brings back about it brings about a confidence brings back healthy habits even from the past it brings back a sort of resolution within oneself that freedom is something that is beautiful and real and tangible and as we through clear orientation through making sure our intention and our needs are clear and through a little bit of hard work it's sort of hard work because sometimes it's easier to sit on the sofa and wait for things to change but this requires clarity of intention and a clarity of how you put your energy across in the world now that you do this you will reach your goals you will reach your goals because the confidence that this new space creates within yourself will ease stress and trouble away and will incline you towards transformation and inner growth and will help you to let go of the past and will help you to sort of recognize that this moment that you're embracing as you look at the full moon or as you become more sensitive to the energies that are around you that is supporting you you are not alone you are totally totally supported by the symbiosis of life you are part of this beautiful planet we're all part of this beautiful planet and this beautiful planet is part of the beautiful universe that we live in this beautiful universe that we live in is not what we think it it's not what we feel it it's not what we imagine it it's much more profoundly transformative than we could ever grasp that we could ever think it is so incredible when we begin to align our energies as you can do right now to this beautiful mystical aspect of the alignment that's happening right now the beautiful moon i call it the queen that's there blessing our earth with the subtle light of wisdom the subtle light that allows us to again connect to freedom we can connect to this not through the mind this is important so your intention is not an aspect of the mind it's not i want this or i would really like to do this for the next week no it's an energy that is at the top of your head so you can imagine right now as you breathe in and breathe out and let go of tension let go of stress let go of anxiety just come back to this moment a relaxed beautiful moment that you're experiencing through your body you're experiencing through your breath you're experiencing through your awareness as you connect to the many aspects of what it means to touch the space around you feelings intuition the various senses as well as the various subtle senses bring this energy to the top of the head the crown chakra the fontanelle and sense the sense this space very sensitive very open almost like a subtle radar connecting to the space especially the moon the queen that lives up in the skies and is blessing you with the gift of intuition with the gift that again reconnects you to your heart and it's such a wonderful experience as you just let go let go and open up open up to the beautiful subtle light that is shining down upon us every human being shining down and touching us in a most most profound way communicating to us beyond just the thoughts communicating to every cell in your body the moon is so very powerful the fluids in your body are touched and realigned so that this the alignment within your body within the cells of your body mirror the alignment that's happening in the universe so you are sort of a microcosm of the macrocosm and this alignment now is opening you up towards freedom so open up and show yourself in all aspects as a free human being so your body is free relaxed any tension just letting that go and opening up making sure the shoulders are open your body posture is open and receptive your breath is open all aspects being mirrored by consciousness your physical emotional mental bodies your energetic body open and receptive in this way so it's almost as if you are like the king you know that everything comes your way and you're patient you are free and the space around you is the space that allows you to be free in this way because you know as you breathe in and connect to this beautiful light that the moon is reflecting down into your body into the cells of your body you know that you are supported by this magnificent empowering space that is the queen of the universe how incredible that we can build this relationship with everything around us from a space of freedom connection so as you breathe in and connect and align to the energy of the moon the energy of the moon moves straight down through the fontanel the crown chakra into your body down through the spine all the way down into the very base of the spine the coccyx and everything is changed because that is what the moon does transforms things all light and fluid inside of your body all the neurons and the nervous system begins to transform in a very subtle way allowing you to open up and to be free enough to embrace the newness of freedom the newness of this wonderful connection that you're now gently experiencing through this meditation deep breath deep breath as you let go connecting just through stillness through the openness that allows you to remember that you are free deep breath you may wish to continue in meditation for a few more moments deep breath no need to control anything just let go the spontaneous beautiful way the same way as you would let go of anything that's not so important and you're just focusing upon the space that is now being created as you let yourself come back to freedom as you let yourself open up to freedom deep breath no resistance no constriction needed things will fall into place your goals will come to fruition given this expansion given this inner growth that is happening now given the way that the planets are aligned everything is auspicious more generous more hospitable all things begin to fall into place in a beautiful way that allows you to let go of the old idea that maybe your that was sort of held on to because of that baggage that now you're slowly letting go of as you connect to this beautiful moon deep breath as you let go now you're connecting to the space of freedom so wonderful we can continue to do this meditation for a few more moments just makes one feel so positive and so open and receptive to the many possibilities that exist and you may wish to also practice this meditation this evening thank you
