Finding a comfortable position,
Closing your eyes,
Deep breath,
Breathing out,
Deep breath,
Connecting to your heart rate,
Making sure that you are relaxed and totally aware and mindful of your body,
All parts of your body,
And you are able to connect it to the positive in a very physical way,
Celebrating this in every cell of your body,
So your body is as happy as the picture that you are remembering,
The memory that comes through to you,
Especially the face and the eyes,
The face acknowledging this joy,
Gentle,
As the physiology of your body changes,
The top of your head becomes more sensitive,
More sensitive to the subtle signals around you and inside of your brain,
Warm tingling sensations happening at the top of your head,
Understanding these movements or sensations,
A recognition is your recognition of the space around you,
Especially the universal space that is infinite in its nature,
Connect to the spaciousness of your experience,
And expand your mindfulness,
Your attention,
Your awareness,
Into space,
And be receptive to the beautiful healing that comes through into your body,
Expand upon this gentle,
Tingling,
Warm sensation,
Sense this,
Being embodied on all levels,
Physical,
Emotional,
Energetic,
Taking a few moments to scan the body,
To be aware of the body,
State of equilibrium or deeper balance that this still meditation has created,
Physical body,
But also the physical aspect of emotions and thoughts,
The awareness is here in this physical realm,
Here in this place when we're sitting together and meditating,
Physical awareness is embodied here,
And notice how suddenly the attitude has changed,
Not only is there perhaps deeper stillness,
But there's a subtle sense of positivity in the background,
This huge input,
Become aware of this,
Taking a few moments to come back into the room,
And you may wish to write in your journal,
Just various points that are important to remember.
