Welcoming this break.
For the next 30 seconds,
Just settle in to this open spaciousness.
How is that?

That's okay.
It's the fact that you set aside this time to take a break that's most important.
Before you return to work,
Give yourself some credit for setting aside this time.
If you can extend this break now to include some time to get up and move,
A moment to stretch,
Maybe a walk outside,
