In this work,
We will turn our attention to the nature of spirit and the spirit of nature.
And as you allow your breath to become slow and easy,
Feel the pleasant rhythm of the breathing.
Feel that gentle ebb and flow.
And as we identify the breathing,
The breath of life,
We call on the element of air.
We call on the wisdom,
The intelligence,
And the faith of the element of air.
And welcoming the sacred direction of East,
Welcoming the deva,
Silph,
Overseer of the element of air.
And welcoming all of the animals and expressions of nature who specialize in the element of air.
And calling Archangel Raphael,
The angelic presence that oversees the element of air.
And feeling that ebb and flow of breathing now.
And comparing this in and out to a wave of water.
And with your breathing and with your whole being,
Call in the element now of water.
The holy and sacred,
The holy and sacred element of water.
Purifying,
Enlivening,
Vitalizing water.
And with water,
We call on the sacred direction of West.
We call on the deva,
Undying,
Overseer of the element of water.
May our emotional bodies be purified and vitalized with the spiritual purpose of water.
And we welcome nature and animal,
All who attend to and carry the purpose of the element of water.
And we call on Archangel Gabriel,
Who oversees the element water.
And with that motion of water,
Waving and flowing,
Now let's compare it to a flame,
The ripples in a flame.
How a flame will dance.
And let's call in the element of fire.
Fire that transmutes.
Fire that protects and fosters life.
Passion,
Courage,
And pristine leadership in alignment with the highest good.
And we welcome the deva,
Salamander,
Overseer of the element fire.
We welcome the sacred direction South.
And we welcome and open wide to animals and nature,
Who have the purpose and passion of the element of fire on our world and in our lives.
And we welcome Archangel Michael,
Overseeing the element fire.
And like the molten core of the earth,
How flame causes transmutation to become mineral.
We welcome earth,
Benevolent,
Bountiful element earth.
We thank you for groundedness.
We welcome your teaching of creation,
Of crystallization,
Of alchemy.
Blessed earth.

We allow our master guide of nature and animal to teach us about surrender and responsibility.
