Welcome to your sacred practice.

Let us begin this session of going deep within by connecting with the body and the breath.

And so when you're ready,

You may allow your eyes to close,

Signaling to the body and to the mind that it is the time to go within to spirit.

And now to deepen the awareness of the breath and to work with the physical body.

Let's induce ourselves into state with an exercise that does utilize the awareness of the breath and the awareness of the eyes working with the inner seeing.

And so when you are ready on your own pace,

On a cycle of breath,

Draw in the inhale.

As you draw in with your eyes closed,

Allow your eyes behind your lids to move up as if you're looking at your forehead.

On the inhale,

Move your eyes up as if you're looking at the inside of your forehead.

And then hold the breath.

Hold the breath for a nice count of four or five with the eyes in the position of pointing upward.

And while you're doing this,

While you're holding in that breath,

Just feel the nourishment that the element of air communicates to the body.

And then after that count,

On the release,

You may just allow your eyes to relax.

And so once again,

On the inhale,

You will move your eyes up as if you're looking at the inside of your forehead,

Of your brow.

Hold for a count,

A comfortable count of four or five,

And then release the breath and releasing the eyes.

And so go ahead and do this practice for a couple of cycles if you like,

After which your breath may return to just its natural,

Deep and easy pace.

Okay.

And now with this connection to the inner experiencing established.

Allow that awareness to remain on the breath in that slower,

Deeper and easier pace that is very natural for you.

The simple awareness on the breath does bring in that relaxation and that calm to the body and to the mental and emotional state.

The calm,

Relaxed state allows your life force energy to move in a very efficient manner.

Drawing in the energy from any places where there is static,

Calling back in the energy to the positive,

Open,

Aware and relaxed state.

Without any effort at all,

Your energy comes into alignment and a wonderful sense of well-being may be welcomed into the body and the mental and the emotional.

And so just use this time of the gentle awareness on the breath to give yourself permission to go within.

And even now the body,

The mind and the spirit come into harmony.

For the signaling is being received that it is time to go within to experience.

And so now take that awareness to the soles of the feet and the tip of the tailbone.

And let us begin to visualize or imagine or have a sense and knowing of energetic,

Etheric roots growing from the soles of the feet.

And even a large root growing from the tip of the tailbone.

And however you are positioned,

In the seated or lying back position,

However you experience this,

The roots will curl down and find the gravitational pull of the energetic earth of Gaia.

And the roots grow and move and curl.

These magical energetic roots are there as a reminder of your relationship.

The relationship of your energy cooperating with the energy of Gaia calling in the four elements to create form,

The partnership.

And so experience these roots growing into Gaia.

And just focus upon the wonderful experience of manifestation.

The gentle joy and relationship that is experienced with the process of manifestation as the roots grow and curl in their path moving into the earth.

Received by the earth,

Received by your mother Gaia.

And embrace a nurturing experience.

These roots communicate to mother Gaia your intentions.

And your purest intentions are received and recognized.

Through these roots,

The signal sent to Gaia.

And as these roots communicate your purest intentions,

They are enhanced.

And they become the signal that is answered by the elements.

By the information that would out picture this reality.

And at some point the roots have found a comfortable pace and perhaps may seem even as they slow,

Never do they cease.

And just receive through these roots the information,

The energy,

The communication and nourishment from your mother Gaia.

And that energy travels up the roots and defines the soles of your feet and the tip of your tailbone.

And through your physical body and the entire energetic field that is emitted from your body.

Such as this loving,

Wonderful energy of co-creation moves up your form and your aura.

Moving up now.

As it does that harmony,

A deepened state of calm relaxation which facilitates creation,

Facilitates well-being and the state of inner experiencing.

The energy deepens this experience.

Moving up your body,

Moving up your aura.

Eventually finding the top of your head and the top of your energy field.

And I wonder how far all around your being,

How far does your aura expand?

And in observing how far your aura expands you may notice that there isn't a true ending to it for it connects with the whole of the energetic field.

All around,

Above,

Below and in front and in back.

In this awareness it is as if you are floating.

And so now allow this experience of floating,

This lightness of being in your inner sensing,

Your imagining,

Your visualizing or even just pretending this floating feeling.

Floating and feeling so light now being lifted up.

The feeling of being lifted up by this comfortable,

Secure,

This connected feeling of the entire universe suspending you and lifting you up even higher and even lighter.

As you're lifting up higher and feeling so light you may notice that any tension,

Any burden that may have been experienced now just easily lifts.

Where the entire universe is in cooperation now and so.

Any tension,

Any burden that is not needed to be held by you as an individual now is shared,

Shared and even celebrated.

Celebrated as information that helps to create the song of the one,

The universe.

This lightness,

This floating allows any of those tensions or burdens to just sort of melt away,

Be pulled out of your individual experience where they are shared.

And you feel even lighter now,

Even lighter.

Feeling in the sea of the energetic universe.

And now a wonderful sense is beginning to envelop you.

Perhaps it's a kind of warmth.

Perhaps it's a tingling.

And you're moving all around in this kind of energy and you may begin to notice that it feels familiar.

An inspired kind of sense.

And feeling and looking around now you may notice that you are being wrapped in all of the colors of the rainbow.

All of the colors of the rainbow like a magical rainbow has now covered you and brought you along for a ride of inspiration.

And you feel the warmth and comfort and the inspiration of red.

And all of the many colors of red that could be experienced are here for you.

The light spectrum of red is here to inform and inspire and to give you any kind of energetic attunement that would serve you now.

And now sensing that orange is here,

Orange.

The lovely color and light spectrum of orange here as a co-creative partner.

A special kind of energy with orange.

And now giving way to rich golden yellow,

Golden yellow tones.

And the kind of empowerment that is communicated with these yellow tones.

An empowerment that ensures you that your empowerment is the empowerment of the all.

And yellow offers a self assurance,

Self esteem and self confidence that is lovingly offered to you by the perfect love of the universe.

And with your sensing or inner seeing now you recognize that green,

Lovely healing green.

And I wonder if green is reminding you of aroma that is so inspiring.

I wonder what green looks like,

Sounds like and smells like.

For green is here as a divine partner.

Bathing you.

Soothing you.

Energizing you.

And teaching you,

Teaching you at this time how to release,

How to be patient and present and how to be a leader in all the ways that you are being called to be a leader.

And now green is directing you to blue.

All of the lovely colors of blue that you could have ever experienced.

And I wonder if there are new colors of blue that are bathing you and enrapturing you.

Blue reminding you that your expression of your truth is exactly what the world desires.

What your physical world desires.

And what the world of energy and spirit desires.

All of the cosmos,

All of the stars in the universe are waiting for your expression.

And this blue,

All of the blues that are experienced now seep into your being and enhance,

Enhance that expression of who you truly are in new ways and also in familiar ways that feel like home.

And now the blues begin to deepen into rich indigo.

Rich and deep indigo.

And these rich deep colors of indigo,

Infinite shades and light spectrum of indigo,

Offers you spiritual intelligence,

Intelligence that is so very fun and satisfying.

The limitless intelligence is available to you as a resource and these rich tones of indigo,

Open up any and all of the gateways and portals of your awareness to infinite intelligence.

Bathing you and your being connecting to infinite intelligence is enhancing infinite intelligence.

For you are a part of the infinite.

Infinity is made complete by you.

And now these profound colors of indigo begin to heighten and brighten into violet.

A beautiful violet color all around your being.

And this violet experience is an ecstatic and wise experience.

Tend and brighten now in this violet bathing energy.

Feeling so alive,

So pleasant and at once at peace.

For violet is offering to you all of the experience,

All of the experience and showing you that you are connected to absolutely everything that you could need and that you could desire for your desires are the desires of the one energy.

And now violet is bringing in all of the colors,

All of the light spectrum.

And you may spend as long as you like now spending this time with all of the colors of this magical rainbow.

Swirling around,

Moving into,

Perhaps even changing your very form to all of the different colors.

And so you are invited now to spend time with this magical rainbow experience.

You may find yourself drifting,

Drifting deeper into your state,
