Feeling the cleansing and nourishing care given by this breath.
Feeling grateful for the faithful and abiding life force energy.
Allowing the breath to clear and nurture,

Spirit,

Art.

From above,
A pure crystal light beams down in a shaft.
Traveling through your higher energy centers and finding the top of your head to your crown chakra.
And the light will begin to travel through and around your physical and your energetic bodies.

Know that it balances and enlivens.
It also magnetizes from your being anything that is spent or unnecessary,
Like a sweep of the floor.
The pure crystal light sweeps through your being and you watch it like a Xerox laser as it travels through and around your bodies,
Both physical and energetic.
Through and around your aura,
Your electromagnetic field,
Clearing your field as it goes.
It brings with it peace,
A sensation of love,
Of well-being,
Joy and excitement.
The truth of life.
It continues down into Mother Earth,
Anchors into your Earth Star Chakra,
This energy center about one to two feet beneath you into Mother Gaia.
You are anchored.
You are connected to Mother Gaia.
And she holds you up.
She supports,

Actively loves you.
And now turn your awareness into the center of your chest,

The physical instrument of the heart,
The energetic,

Michael is the archangel of the South and the overseer of the element fire.
We call upon Michael,
The angel of strength and divine will,

The one who assists you in recognizing your power as an aspect of creator energy.

And as you focus upon the color and the essence of this archangel,

We recognize that light is always a composition of fire.
It is fire that fuels our bodies in the nervous system as electricity.
All that is illuminated in the physical and spiritual realms are so because of the blessed element fire.
Fire purifies and transforms in nature to create fertile void.
Fire renews and empowers.
And coming forward with this essence of fire,
Archangel Michael.
The symbol of Michael is a sword encapsulated in blue flame.
An energetic fire composed of loving and peaceful blue light.
A flame not yet mixed with the element of air.
As it does,
It creates the orange and the red glow.
But this sword held in its blue flame shows us that this is the flame of origin,
Of purity.
See how this sword is now suspended before the presence of Michael and between you and Michael.
The tip of the sword is either pointing up toward the sky or down toward earth.
However you recognize the tip,
However you see or know the direction it points,
Is how you will allow release to unfold.
And so now recognize which direction the tip of Michael's sword points,
Either up or down.
It may be a knowing.
It may be an image in your mind.
Or it may be a sense that you decide.
However the awareness comes is perfect,
Is divine.
And now we will allow Michael's work to begin.
At this time,
The sword of Michael begins to call from you anything that is not serving your highest good.
It is a magnetizing,
A deeper cleaning,
A purification of any energies,
Any debris.
Be they thoughts,
Emotions,
Remembrances,
Limiting beliefs.
Anything that could be neutral,
Even mundane,
And yet they are no longer assisting in a powerful and helpful manner.
Allow this to release into the magnetic pull from Michael's sword,
From the blue flame of origin.
Knowing that you will keep anything that you choose.

As it will still be serving you.

Allow the weight of these energies to release.

It is a beautiful cycle of creation,
Of materialization and dematerialization.

If there is anything else that can be magnetized into the sword of Michael,

As you recognized that the sword may be pointing either upward toward the central sun or down toward the earth.

The spent energies will be conducted and composted,
Changed either by earth or by the light of the central sun.
And as Michael retracts the sword and the blue flame,
He makes a swift motion of blessing.
Offers a blessing to you that acknowledges and seals the work that you have done today.

In this lighter composition of energy,

You are strengthened.
You expedite your divine manifesting powers.

It is a creator essence aligned with the will of the one,
