Welcome to your Garden of Dreams visualization.

Now let's start by finding a comfortable position whether you're seated or lying down.

Now let's begin with some deep breathing.

Take a deep inhale in through your nose and slowly exhale out through your mouth.

As you breathe in,

Expand your belly and your ribcage and allow your breath to fill you up.

And on the exhale,

Feel all the muscles in your body relaxing.

Deep inhale,

Slow exhale.

On your next inhale,

Imagine there is a bright white light right above your head.

And as you inhale that light melts into your body from the top of your head all the way down through your face,

Your neck,

Your chest,

Your back,

Your arms,

Out to your fingertips,

Down through your belly,

Down through your hips,

Your legs,

Down to your feet,

And into your toes.

Now imagine this bright white light is swirling throughout your body and relaxing every part of your body from your muscles to your bones,

Allowing all the worries from the day to just melt away.

On your next inhale,

I want you to hold it at the top for seven seconds and then exhale slowly for eight seconds.

Let's do that one more time.

Inhale,

Hold at the top for seven seconds,

Slowly exhale through the mouth for eight seconds.

Now I want you to imagine that you stand up and you walk to a door.

As you open this door,

You start to see some colors,

Some light,

Start to smell some different scents,

You hear some sounds.

It's all very faint.

As you open the door a little bit wider,

The sounds,

The smells,

What you see becomes a little more clear.

You notice that it's a door to the outside.

As you open it almost all the way open,

You can see a large meadow with a trail.

Now as you open the door all the way up and step outside,

Notice what you feel.

Notice what the ground feels like under your feet.

Notice what sounds you're hearing.

Perhaps the birds are singing,

Perhaps you can hear the wind blowing,

Perhaps it's complete silence.

As you look up,

Notice what you see.

See a big field of flowers and grass and on the side of this meadow,

On the side of this field,

Is a trail.

As you're walking down this trail,

You can feel what the earth feels like.

You can smell the different scents of the nature all around you.

As you continue to walk down this trail,

You see in the distance a garden.

As you get closer to the garden,

You can see that it's an empty garden.

It hasn't yet been filled with plants and flowers.

As you step up to this garden,

You see a sign.

The sign reads,

Garden of Your Dreams.

As you step inside this garden,

You see a table.

Walk over to the table and notice what you see.

You have everything you need to build this garden,

This garden of your dreams.

There's seeds to plant,

There's water,

There's all the tools that you need,

Shovel.

Now looking at the garden,

You see that the soil is rich,

It's ready to receive the seeds,

It's ready to help them grow.

Now let's look at the seeds and all the tools around it.

These seeds represent your dreams,

Your dream life.

I'll start taking out some seeds.

Notice the size,

Maybe the weight,

Maybe some are heavier than others,

Maybe some are bigger than others.

What colors are these seeds?

Now these seeds that represent your dreams,

These are the seeds that you're going to plant,

Tend to,

And harvest in this garden.

I want you to first pick out your seeds that you want to plant.

As you're looking and picking out these seeds,

What dreams do they represent?

What part of your life do you want to focus on in this garden?

Maybe it's one specific area of your life,

Maybe it's all components of your life.

I want you to take some time here to envision what these dreams look like,

What they mean to you,

How does it look in your life once these dreams have come true,

And how does it make you feel?

Approach these dreams with a light-hearted,

Childlike spirit.

This is your life,

You get to make it any way that you want it to be.

Take a few minutes here to visualize your dreams and how it looks in your life.

Notice how your energy shifts as you're envisioning your life with your dreams coming true.

Notice how your spirit is waking up.

Think about what these dreams can do for your life,

For your relationships,

For your health.

Think about what brings you joy,

What excites you.

Think about who you're with in these dreams.

How do you feel when you're around these people?

How are you going to tend to these dreams?

When you're really clear on where you want to see your life going,

You have the power to transform it.

Allow the visualization of these dreams to permeate every cell in your body.

Allow yourself to dream big because nothing is impossible.

Now that you've chosen which dreams you're going to harvest in your garden of dreams,

I want you to take them over to the soil.

I want you to notice how the soil feels in your hands,

How it feels on your feet.

If you're kneeling down,

How does it feel on your knees?

What color is the soil?

Maybe bring the soil up to your nose.

Notice what it smells like.

The soil is going to help to grow your seeds,

To grow your dreams.

Now you're going to plant the seeds in the soil.

Going to make a little space using your hands.

You're going to put each seed in the space in the soil.

Once your seed is in the soil,

You're then going to cover it up with a mound of soil.

As you're putting these seeds,

These dreams,

Into the earth,

What do you want these dreams to know?

What do you want to tell these dreams?

What do you want to tell these dreams?

Send some love to your dreams and trust that they're going to be fulfilled.

Now that our seeds are planted safely in the earth,

We're going to go back over to our table and grab our water and can.

Bring it back over to where you planted the seeds in the soil and pour a little bit of water over each seed.

Notice also that the sun is shining down,

Shining down on you and your garden of dreams.

The water,

The earth,

The sun,

The sun is going to nourish your dreams.

It's going to take care of your dreams.

It's going to help your dreams to grow and flourish and become everything that you wanted them to be.

After you've finished watering the seeds,

Put the watering can back on the table and you step back.

You take a look at your garden of dreams.

Notice how beautiful it is.

Notice how peaceful.

Notice now what the soil looks like now that it has been given love,

Water,

Water,

Sunlight.

Now as you start to walk away from your garden,

Think about how you feel.

How do you feel physically in your body?

What emotions are coming up?

Now as you walk back down the path,

Saying goodbye to your beautiful garden of dreams,

Come to your door.

You open up the door and you step through it,

Closing the door lightly behind you and walk over to your body.

Imagine you're starting to to wake up.

You can move your hands,

Move your feet,

Invite a little bit of movement into your body.

And when you're ready,

You can open your eyes.

Thank you so much for joining me on this journey.

Now I invite you to grab a journal and do some reflection on what came up during your guided visualization.

Write down what dreams you're going to harvest,

What dreams you're going to take care of.

Write down any tools that you might use,

Any resources that will help you bring you closer to your dreams.

And have a beautiful rest of your day.
