Join me this morning to wake up your mind, body, and soul in just 5 minutes. Let's use our breath to re-energize and start the day off with intention. We'll answer questions like, "What do you hope to get out of this day?" and "How do you want your social interactions to go?" You have the power to set the tone for the day and make it exactly how you want it to be. So let's get to it! Happy meditating!

Welcome to your morning uplift.

Let's start by taking a long deep inhale in through the nose and a long slow exhale out through the mouth.

Let's do that two more times.

Imagine each breath is cleansing your body,

Waking up your organs,

Waking up your muscles.

Breath is re-energizing.

Use it this morning to energize your body,

Mind,

And soul.

Now I want you to imagine what the day is gonna bring.

What do you hope to get out of this day?

Perhaps you want to set an intention for the day.

Think about who you're gonna come in contact with and how you want those interactions to go.

Think about how you want to feel in your body and your mind.

Perhaps you want to feel focused.

Even think about what you're gonna eat today and how you want that food to nourish you.

Think about how you want to feel throughout the day from the moment that you complete this morning uplift until the end of the day when you lay your head on the pillow.

Let's take another deep inhale in through the nose and as you exhale I want you to imagine that everything that you'd like to have happen throughout the day comes true.

Allow these visions of how your day is gonna go to settle into your body.

Focus on the feelings.

How are you gonna feel in those interactions with people?

How are you gonna feel walking about your day?

How are you gonna feel after each meal?

How are you gonna feel when your head hits the pillow tonight?

Focus on the feelings.

Now let's take one more deep inhale in through the nose allowing your whole body to wake up to feel energized to trust that this day is gonna unfold exactly how you want it to.

Now whenever you're ready you can open your eyes.
