Grounded In Gratitude Meditation
Gratitude. Something we know we should embody daily however some seasons can more challenging than others. This meditation reminds us to be grateful in each moment by tapping into our breath, focusing our hearts and minds on gratitude, and being intentional with grounding into the practice.
