This is a guided meditation podcast that uses the magic of sound healing to help you reconnect with your body's natural vibrational resonance.
My name is Kate and I'm excited to guide you on your meditation journey today.
So go ahead and make sure you're comfortable,
Preferably in a lying down position covered in a blanket and an eye mask,
Either using headphones or a good quality speaker and enjoy your next few minutes of solitude.
Today's meditation is the practice of yoga nidra combined with sound healing.
Yoga nidra is a practice of yogic sleep that will guide you to a state of consciousness between wakefulness and sleeping,
Where you are awake listening to the sound of my voice yet completely relaxed and drifting away.
During the meditation,
You will be asked to move your awareness from one body part to the next.
There is no need for you to concentrate too intensely or to physically move that body part once named.
Simply allow my voice to be your guide in the moment.
During the meditation,
Please use and absorb what you need and leave the rest behind.
If your mind becomes active with any thoughts,
Just come back to the sound of my voice.
Let's start by setting an intention for the meditation.
Say to yourself the following phrase,
I am relaxed,
Present and restoring my abundant energy for life.
I am relaxed,
Present and restoring my abundant energy for life.
I am relaxed,

Now we will embrace our sensory awareness by moving systematically through the body by me calling out a specific body part.
Once I name the body part,
Draw your awareness to this location and then let it go and move to the next named body part.
Let's begin down at the feet,
The right foot,
The left foot,
The right ankle,
The left ankle,
The right calf,
The left calf,
The right knee,
The left knee,
The right knee,
The left knee,
The right thigh,
The left thigh,
The right hip,
The left hip,
The low belly,
The right belly,
The lower back,
The diaphragm,
The mid back,
The upper chest,
The lower back,
The upper back,
The right shoulder,
The left shoulder,
The right upper arm,
The right upper arm,
The left upper arm,
The right elbow,
The left elbow,
The right forearm,
The left forearm,
The right wrist,

You you you Slowly bring your awareness back to your physical form Just keeping your eyes closed Start to deepen your breath Make small movements wiggling your fingers and your toes And rolling the wrists and the ankles I'm just pausing for a moment before opening your eyes and in your mind's eye Bow your head to your heart center and acknowledge and embrace your abundant vibrational being That gives you your magnetic life force Namaste
