Welcome to the Seated Light Guided Meditation.
My name is Nate from Universe Amazement and I'll be guiding you through this beautiful meditation.

This is the perfect time to activate it now.
Even if you're seated and feel the protective energy surrounding and filling with light.
If you haven't,
That's absolutely fine.
This meditation is gentle and simple and I know that your spirit team will guide you and take care of you perfectly.
So let's begin.
Take a deep breath in through your nose and out through your mouth.
And again in through your nose and out through your mouth.
And with each breath,
Feel yourself settling,
Releasing any tension,
Letting go of the day and becoming fully present in this moment.
Breathe in and as you exhale,
Feel a sense of lightness washing over you.
Breathe in again and as you exhale,
Allow yourself to go deeper into relaxation,
Deeper into stillness.
If you're doing the Diamond Point,
You can release it now and allow yourself to fully surrender into the journey and settle into this beautiful time that we have together ahead.
So take another deep breath in and exhale.
And in your mind's eye,
See a soft glow appear before you.
A shimmering portal of light.
This portal pulses gently as though it recognizes you,
Calling you forward.
And you feel the energy around it.
It's warm,
Inviting,
Familiar,
And it wraps around you like a comforting embrace.
And with your next exhale,
Step through the portal.
On the other side,
You emerge into a radiant,
Lush garden bathed in golden light.
The air is fresh and fragrant,
Carrying the scent of wildflowers and the subtle hum of life all around you.
You notice a crystal clear lake nearby,
Its surface reflecting the sky like a mirror,
And everything feels alive and vibrant and timeless.
As you look down at your hands,
You see that you are holding something.
A small,
Luminous seed of light.
It pulses gently in your hands,
Waiting for you,
Ready to be planted.
So you kneel down and you press this seed of light into the rich,
Fertile earth.
And as you cover it with soft soil,
You place your hands over this spot and you begin to pour into it love,
Positive warmth,
Intention,
Trust.
This is a seed of possibility,
A seed of transformation.
And as you finish planting this seed of light,
You whisper your gratitude to the earth,
Thanking the garden for its generosity and for the gift of growth.
And as you offer your love and thanks,
You know deeply that this seed will grow in divine timing,
Exactly as it's meant to.
And as you rise to your feet,
You begin to walk through the garden.
You follow a winding path that leads you deeper into this sacred space.
As you walk,
You pass by the lake.
The water shimmers with clouds reflected on the crystal blue water,
Finding your flow of how life moves effortlessly when you allow it.
And you pause for a moment,
Taking in this reflection,
Trusting that life is carrying you exactly where you need to be.
Further along,
You step among tall,
Wise trees.
Their roots grow deep into the earth,
While their branches stretch high towards the heavens.
And you reach out and place your hand gently on the trunk of one of these ancient beings.
And as soon as you make contact,
All the trees begin to speak to you,
Whispering words of ancient wisdom.
They fill you with patience,
With the foundation of grounding,
Of feeling your roots,
Of stretching high,
Growing towards the light and through the wind and the leaves and the trunk of the tree.
So you feel in your heart the message,
Just keep growing,
Stay grounded,
Yet always reach for the light.
A gentle breeze moves through the garden,
Swirling softly around you,
And it clears away old energy,
Releasing anything that no longer serves you.
It speaks of change,
Of new beginnings,
And the importance of trusting the unknown.
And then the rain comes,
Soft,
Cleansing,
Refreshing,
Summer rain.
And you begin to sway gently,
Allowing the cool droplets to kiss your skin,
Washing away any remnants of doubts and fear and resistance.
You are being renewed.
You are being prepared for what is to come.
And for a moment you feel like you are a child,
And you jump in puddles,
And you feel joy,
And you laugh,
And you giggle,
And you enjoy this moment,
And this moment is all there is.
For a moment you forget the past,
And you forget the future,
And you realize this is what now is meant to be.
Now.
Now is all we have.
And this beautiful rain that is cleansing you,
And washing you,
And renewing you,
Is filling you with joy,
And love,
And laughter,
And light.
And you are smiling.
A big,
Huge smile across your face.
And you think to yourself,
When was the last time that I smiled like this?
And there's a part of you that makes a promise to remember to smile more,
To laugh more,
To see joy more,
And for that love,
And laughter,
And joy to become your default state,
Because life is joy.
And as the rain fades,
Something magical happens.
A magnificent rainbow stretches across the sky.
Its colors are vivid,
And shimmer with life,
And you feel an undeniable pull,
And you step forward,
Allowing yourself to move into the rainbow.
And as you step into the rainbow,
You feel the colors moving through you.
Red fills you with strength and vitality.
Orange ignites your creativity and passion.
Yellow brings confidence and personal power.
Green fills your heart with love and compassion.
Blue clears your throat,
Opening space for truth and authentic expression.
Indigo awakens your intuition and inner knowing.
And violet connects you to divine wisdom and higher consciousness.
And as you walk through the rainbow,
You realize you are stepping through new colors,
Colors you have never seen before,
And you allow these hues to wash through you,
Integrating into your energy field new frequencies,
New information,
Expansion,
Growth,
Knowledge,
Comfort,
Completeness.
Suddenly,
You feel like you are whole.
And as you step out of the rainbow on the other side,
You feel like you are stepping into a version of your higher self.
Each hue has washed through you,
Balancing,
Harmonizing,
Aligning,
And you have been infused with these new frequencies to prepare you for anything that lies ahead.
And as you step through the rainbow on the other side,
You find yourself standing on a beach.
The waves lap gently at your feet,
Grounding you,
And you breathe in the salty air.
And with each inhale,
You feel a deep sense of peace,
Serenity,
Clarity,
And expansion.
This is a space of infinite potential where all is possible.
Standing in the calm,
You feel limitless.
And as you walk along with unlimited possibility,
The journey brings you back to the garden where you began.
Looking down,
You notice where you planted the seed,
But now it has sprouted.
It has grown into a radiant,
Luminous flower ready to bloom.
And as you stand there with your energy connected to the seed of life that you planted and this beautiful flower ready to bloom,
You watch as the petals begin to unfold.
And within the heart of the flower,
A gift appears.
This is your gift.
Take a moment.
What do you see?
Is it a symbol?
A word?
A feel?
This is your message.
Your blessing from the seed you planted and the journey you have taken.
Reach out,
Receive it,
And let this gift settle into your being.
Let it integrate into your energy field,
Knowing it is now part of who you are.
And now the portal appears once more.
It glows before you,
Waiting to guide you home.
Take a final glance at the garden,
The lake,
The trees,
The sky,
The rainbow,
The beach.
And when you are ready,
Step back through the portal,
Back into this moment and back into the room where you are now.
Take a deep breath in and feel your body,
Your presence,
Your light.
Feel the change that you have allowed in.
And as you slowly open your eyes,
See the world with this new perspective and know this.
The seed has been planted.
The gift has been received and its magic will continue to unfold in your life.
You are ready.
You are aligned.
You are exactly where you need to be.
And the universe is ready to amaze you.
And so it is.
