Dear soul.
I'm happy to be here with you on this beautiful journey towards peaceful relaxation and kind time with yourself.
I invite you to lie down on your bed and listen to my voice as a gentle guide into peaceful presence,
Into peaceful letting go of your busy day.
Take a deep breath in and when you breathe out gently close your eyes.
Breathe in again.
And when you breathe out let go of all the tension in your body.
You may help your body a little by tensing all your muscles for a few seconds and letting go.
You may start with your feet.
Curl your toes up.
Tense your feet and let go.
Feel the relaxation.
Now tense your calves.
And let go.
Now tense your thighs.
And let go.
Now tense your stomach.
Suck it in.
And let go.
Now tense your chest.
And let go.
Now make a fist.
Really tense your hand.
And let go.
Now tense your whole arm.
Tense all the muscles.
And let go.
Now pull your shoulders back.
Tense them really strongly.
And let go.
Now tense all the muscles in your face.
Tense your lips.
Eyes together.
And let go.
Tense one last time your whole body,
All the muscles.
And let go.
Feel the relaxation.
Now breathe in again.
Deeply.
And when you breathe out,
Let go of the importance of all your thoughts.
They may drift into the background like a swarm of seagulls disappearing into the sunset.
When a seagull comes back to ask your attention,
You gently tell it you are out of food for today.
You will feed it again with tasty breadcrumbs tomorrow.
When the seagull comes back,
You don't give it any attention anymore.
It may stay a little,
Maybe rest on a pole close to you.
But it will understand there is no more food for it today.
It will become a peaceful,
Very peaceful seagull.
And gently fly off into the distance again.
It flies away further and further into the distance.
It has another presence.
Coming to you from the music.
It is a gentle presence,
A peaceful presence.
A presence of unconditional love.
It wraps itself around you,
Gently.
Like an angel with wings of light.
A beautiful gift of peace.
Cooling your pain.
Warming your heart.
Gentle.
Serene.
Kind.
And as you feel this presence care for you,
You feel yourself sinking deeper and deeper into your bed.
While you feel safe and protected.
Loved just like you are.
You feel the light of this presence soothing you.
And filling your whole being with ease and benevolence.
The presence is singing to you.
It sings,
Breathe my music.
Befriend me with your breath.

Breathe my message of love.
You are not alone.
