Hello and welcome to my new guided meditation.
This meditation will be a visualization meditation for making you experience a mild Samadhi state.
What is Samadhi?
Samadhi happens when the mind and intellect become equanimous.
But how?
How can we still our mind and intellect?
Visualization and awareness of the body sensation will stop the flow of thoughts in your mind.
Sit in a comfortable position with your spine straight in Padmasana,
Siddhasana or Ajrasana.
Close your eyes.
Slowly take a long deep breath and slowly exhale.
Slightly turn your neck upward and relax.
Let's begin by feeling the sensation of air in the body.
Feel your body sitting where you are.
Be aware of your breath.
Feel the air in your arms,
Your legs,
Your face.
Feel your bottom where you are sitting.
Feel the air in your palms.
If any thoughts come,
Just become aware of your body sitting.
Feel your body immerse in the air around you.
Keep feeling yourself surrounded by air.
Do not lose the awareness from your breath.
Keep feeling yourself surrounded by air.
Do not lose.
.
.
Below you there is nothing but the vast.
.
.
Keep being aware of this sensation and at the same time be aware of your breath.
Below you there is nothing but the vast immense space.
Feel your body,
Feel the air below you.
Keep being aware of this sensation and at the same time be aware of your breath.
Visualize yourself floating in this vast space.
You are just floating in this space.
.
.
.
Sensation and at the same time be aware of your breath.
Be aware of how your eyes are positioned inside your eyelids.
Feel your nose and how the air is coming in and going out.
Now slowly become aware of where your body is sitting.
Feel your bottom and your mat.
Now slowly open your eyes.
Thank you.
