Today,
We're going to do things a little differently.
I would like you to sit in a very comfortable position.
Close your eyes and just breathe.
We are going to meditate together.
Close your eyes and breathe in through your nose.
Focus on your breathing and breathe out through your mouth.
Breathe in through your nose and just feel how your lungs expand and how that air fills up your whole body and breathe out through your mouth.
Take another second to breathe and focus on your breathing.
How do your lungs feel while you're breathing in and out?
Now you're going to breathe in for 4 seconds.
Feel up your lungs as much as you can.
Hold it for 2 seconds and let it all out through your mouth.
All of it.
All the air.
Again breathe in as much as you can.
Hold it for 3 seconds and breathe out.
I'm going to give you a couple of seconds to just breathe.
This is when your mind starts wondering,
When it starts thinking,
Am I doing this correctly or when it starts thinking about everything that happened in your day.
The key to meditation is to observe your thoughts.
It's impossible to have no thoughts.
Observe your thoughts as if you are the third person in a party.
Observe everything and don't get involved.
If you'd like,
You can imagine that thought as a cloud and just let it fly by.
But if you're looking for an answer or if you're looking for a moment to just reflect,
You can observe what happened or you can ask,
What should I do?
But remember,
You have to trust,
You have to have faith and you have to remember that it's actually a sign and it's actually your conscious talking or your spiritual guide or however you want to call it.
It's not your mind.
Don't think you're crazy.
So take a moment to just observe your thoughts.
What do they want to show you?
What did you have to learn or what do you have to do?
I don't know what you're going through,
But take a moment to just observe.
Remember not to get involved.
So if you're angry in that story,
In this moment,
You're not involved.
You are that third person.
You are that outsider.
Take a moment to breathe and observe your thoughts.
Now that you've taken a moment to breathe,
You can just take a moment to breathe.
If you've taken a moment to observe,
Your mind might have gone crazy and that's okay.
For example,
You could have heard,
What are you doing?
Are you doing this correctly?
Is this how it's supposed to be?
And that's okay.
Now take a moment to just breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth.
Breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth.
One more time,
Breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth.
Thank you so much for listening.
I hope this audio has helped you out.
Sending you lots of love and virtual light.
Namaste.
