This year is all about changes.
The universe is making you feel uncomfortable so you can finally get on the right track.
So that's why you might feel a little bit more stressed out,
A little bit more anxious and just tired of a situation.
If you feel this way,
I recommend you do the short meditation so you can calm down,
Feel the changes,
Listen to your conscious,
Your guardian angel,
However you want to call it,
But there's always a little voice guiding us and telling us what to do,
How to do it,
Where to do it and so on.
So it's time to get out of your comfort zone.
I'm going to ask you to sit in a very comfortable position or lie down,
Get comfortable and close your eyes.
Take a moment to take a deep breath into your nose,
Feel the air as it comes in your body and take a moment to breathe out.
Become aware of your breathing.
Breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth.
One more time,
Feel the air as it fills up your whole body and breathe out.
Become aware of anything that's on your mind that's stressing you out and remember if we worry too much,
We make the problem bigger.
If we just start thinking the problem,
We'll make it disappear.
For example,
If I have a problem at my job with a coworker,
I just start thanking my coworker or just thinking the situation because it has allowed you to become more aware.
So think of the situation that's on your mind.
Take a deep breath into your nose and out through your mouth.
Now you're going to imagine this purple light coming down from your crown chakra,
From the top of your head.
So you're imagining this beam of purple light.
Purple light means transformation,
It means changes.
So allow these changes to come in your life.
Stop avoiding them.
Just listen.
I know that change is difficult,
But take a moment to just breathe,
Analyze what's going on.
Remember that when we're in meditation,
We observe the situation as if we were an outsider.
So we do not become involved.
We do not get stressed out.
We are observing it as if we were someone else.
So imagine this beam of purple light,
Dark purple coming inside from the top of your head.
And it comes down through your eyes.
Your mouth,
Your lips,
Your throat,
Your shoulders and now your heart.
And here in your heart,
It just lights up your whole body,
Lights up your arms,
Your chest,
Your hips,
Your legs,
Your feet,
Your fingers,
Your toes.
This beam of light is a little bit stronger in your heart,
It's lighting up your whole heart and it's calming you down,
It's making you reflect.
So I'm going to give you a few seconds to just reflect on this light.
Let it move all over your body.
Become one with yourself.
Gently imagine how this beam of light starts disappearing.
How it gently fades away.
But it has filled up your body.
For all these changes that are about to come,
It has prepared your body and it has transformed all this negative energy into positive energy because that's what the purple light does.
It's transforming all your problems and pushing them away.
Now take a deep breath into your nose,
Breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth.
Become aware of where you are,
What you're doing and when you're ready you can open your eyes.
I hope this purple light could help you as much as it has helped me.
Remember to always embrace every situation with gratitude and with love and get ready because change is good,
Even if it hurts.
