Welcome home.
This body is home.
Welcome home,
Not to a version of you that is perfected or healed or fearless,
But to a version of you that is here,
Breathing,
And willing to stay.
Let's take a moment to arrive here.
Let the earth beneath you be proof that you are supported.
You don't need to hold yourself up right now.
You are fully supported.
Bring your attention into the body,
Not to judge it,
Not to change it,
Just to notice that you are here,
Inside yourself.
As you settle,
You may become aware of a belief that has lived quietly or very loudly within you.
The belief that says,
I'm not worthy,
Not worthy of pleasure,
Not worthy of love,
Not worthy of being fully seen in this body.
You don't need to push this belief away.
You don't need to analyze it and just acknowledge it.
This belief comes from a time when you were younger,
More impressionable,
Learning how to stay safe in a world that taught you to disconnect from your body,
To belong.
And without images,
Without revisiting the past,
Simply recognize this truth.
That belief is not in charge anymore.
Take a breath in through your nose.
And as you exhale,
Gently say to yourself,
I am here now.
Feel where fear has lived in your body,
Maybe in your throat,
Your chest,
Or your belly.
Fear that kept you quiet,
Fear that made you small,
Fear that convinced you silence was safer than the truth.
And softly,
Lovingly,
Let the fear know,
Thank you for trying to protect me.
You don't get to lead anymore.
Now bring awareness to your voice,
Not just the sound of it,
But the place inside you where truth lives.
You don't have to speak out loud.
You don't have to explain yourself to anyone.
Just feel the quiet power of knowing.
My voice matters.
My experience matters.
My body is not something to hide from.
Let's let your breath move through your body as if it's reconnecting you rib by rib,
Cell by cell.
There's nothing shameful about being in your body.
There's nothing wrong with wanting to feel good.
There's nothing unworthy about desire,
Sensations,
Or presence.
Your body is natural.
Your body is allowed.
Your body is yours.
And from this place,
Gently offer yourself this truth,
Not as an affirmation to force,
But as permission to grow into.
I am worthy of feeling good.
I am worthy of love and acceptance,
All of me.
Notice how it feels to let that land.
Not perfectly,
Not forever,
Just for this moment.
This is embodied worthiness.
Not something you earn.
It's something you remember.
And if your mind wanders,
If doubt whispers again,
Bring yourself back here.
Back to your breath.
Back to your body.
Back to this space.
Because this is where you come home.
You are home when you are in your body.
When you allow yourself to take up space without apology.
Stay here for a few more breaths.
Nothing to fix.
Nothing to prove.
And whenever you need to return,
Your breath will lead you.
Your body will hold you.
And you will always be welcome here.
Welcome home.
