This meditation is designed for a walk in nature where you will be guided to release, reflect and reconnect. As you walk be taken on an inner journey to release thoughts, worries, and concerns to create space to reflectively connect to your surroundings, Mother Earth, your Soul, and the Divine. Transcript

As you begin this walk,

Just take your time to sink inwards.

This is a meditation to connect with you,

Where you are in this moment.

Taking a deep breath in and a deep breath out,

Allow each step to become part of this meditation.

Each sound you hear,

Each sight you see,

This doesn't take you away from this moment.

It allows you to become even more present.

Perhaps there are people around you.

This is about being present here,

Within yourself,

Yet also with your surroundings.

You may wish to smile or say hello as you pass them by,

Yet knowing within,

You are always sinking in deeper.

Being aware of your surroundings,

Whilst also being aware of what is happening within.

Let us begin by meeting what is within.

What thoughts are arising right now?

Are they a mixture of things you have to do,

Conversations you have had,

Responsibilities you feel you need to attend to?

Perhaps there are things on your mind,

Anxieties,

Concerns,

Worries.

Just allowing what is within to be seen,

To arise,

With each step.

As you take each step,

It lifts through your consciousness,

Being seen,

Heard,

And if ready,

Released.

Taking a deep breath in and a deep breath out,

Each step clears your mind as you walk.

Looking up in the sky,

Are there clouds or is it clear?

Allow the sky to take your thoughts with it,

The great expanse of the heavens,

Lifting what is within,

Higher into eternity.

This is your time to step away from your story,

Your responsibilities,

Your expectations.

You are free,

You have always been free.

This is your time to have space.

Each step you take brings your awareness to this moment,

Brings your awareness to your senses.

What do you sense around you?

The freshness of the air,

The scent of the trees,

The grass,

Flowers,

Your surroundings.

What cycle is nature experiencing?

Spring,

Summer,

Autumn,

Winter.

What is this mirroring within?

There are no need for any specific answers in this moment.

Just allowing the beauty of nature outside tell you a story of what is happening inside.

Allow your breath to bring you into the present,

With your in-breath bringing your energy into your field and with your out-breath expanding,

Opening.

Each breath honoring life,

Creation,

The sacredness of existence,

The sacredness of you.

Each breath bringing you into the present,

Each step sinking you into this place,

Here,

Now.

Taking a deep breath in,

A deep breath out.

There is no need to clear your mind.

It is happening in the way it is meant to.

Allowing,

Accepting,

Subtly moving to a different part of you.

The part that is always connected,

Always present.

As you do this,

It spreads its wisdom to all of you,

Beginning to feel the peace within that is emerging as you take each step.

Your steps are allowing your physical body to release the activity of your mind.

You may wish to speed up if your mind is more active,

Or slow down to move into a more desired rhythm.

Each step you become more and more aligned to your natural self.

Each step you release unnecessary burdens,

Worries,

Concerns.

In this moment,

Remembering that this moment is all that exists.

Allow yourself to be free of your stories.

Just for this walk,

Just for this moment.

Free of your personality,

Free of the responsibilities,

The ideas and expectations upon you.

Free of the conversations and interactions with others.

This walk is about you.

You connecting to yourself and reconnecting to spirit.

Taking a deep breath in,

A deep breath out.

Each breath revitalises you,

Allowing this prana in to replenish your body,

Anchoring your natural sense of balance,

Smiling through your body.

Here we honour Mother Earth in this moment.

As you take each step,

Your footsteps are echoing into the earth,

Vibrationally taking your frequency,

Your consciousness,

Rippling it across and outwards.

As you honour that the path you are walking upon has been walked by many over time,

Over the eons.

Reflect upon the sacredness of humanity,

This grand lineage across time.

You are walking in their footsteps,

As others will walk in your footsteps.

In this space we open up to the wisdoms of our ancestors,

The wisdoms of the land.

Allow the wordless language of spirit,

Of the heart,

Of nature to communicate directly with your soul.

And here we close with gratitude,

Using each step to anchor your vibrational statement for this moment.

For today,

You may wish to repeat internally,

I am connected,

An expression of the divine,

A loving presence.

Here I am free,

I am in harmony with nature.

I am grateful for my life.

I am grateful for all life.

May all be blessed.

I have walked the vast Swedish forests all my life. Yet this guided walking meditation has quietly transformed the experience. More than ever, I feel the trees, the wildflowers, the birds overhead, and the ancient paths beneath my feet. As I walk along trails shaped thousands of years ago, I sometimes sense the presence of those who walked here before me. It is as if their footsteps still echo softly in the earth.
