Let's begin with the breath,

Taking deep breaths in and out,

Feeling that clarity moving through your body with your breath allowing yourself to disengage from before,

To reconnect in the now giving your mind permission to take a back seat for this journey,

To observe with your spirit coming forth as you take a breath in,

You breathe in with the universe and breathing out with creation breathing in with life breathing out with expansion breathing in with peace and breathing out with release I'd like you to take your awareness to your heart center in the middle of your chest visualize a beautiful,

Radiant,

Vibrant ball of light inviting this light to spread across your chest move up and down your body,

Down your arms,

Down your legs,

Into your head as we center from the heart taking your awareness down to Mother Earth and visualizing a spiralling energy drawing up from Mother Earth as you breathe in drawing up this energy through your root chakra,

The base of your spine and it naturally travels up this light,

This beautiful earth energy activating each of your chakras one by one,

Moving up to create a column of light that opens the root,

Sacral,

Solar plexus,

Heart center,

Throat chakra third eye and crown to meet a sacred ball of light just above your crown just pause down,

Divine light,

Down through this column all the way back down to the earth to open up your energy being,

Your energy centers allowing you to tap into your multi-dimensional self with greater ease and connection taking another breath in and breath out to honor this receptivity and here I'd like you to take your awareness,

Your imagination and visualize a beautiful meadow meadow with flowers,

Grass you may have that warm,

Summery feeling just taking a moment or so to acclimatize yourself to this scene perhaps looking down at your feet upon the grass this is sacred meadow,

Your meadow and nearby you hear the trickling of a stream you begin to walk towards the stream and as you approach it you see the waters that are flowing,

Are glowing,

Iridescent,

Vibrant there is an ethereal quality to the water and you begin to walk along the bank of the stream following it across the meadow and ahead you notice the stream is leading towards a circle of majestic trees these tall,

Powerful trees with an ancient energy,

Strength,

Connection and you see that the stream is leading towards the middle of the circle as you walk into this circle of trees you walk into your inner sanctuary in the middle of this circle the stream ends in a vibrant pool of water in this place you look above and see that the sky is different it is revealing the cosmos distant nebula dazzling stars sparkling and soon a subtle holographic grid begins to reveal itself as the planetary light grids honor your connection to all that is a gentle light begins to fall all around you and the vibration lifts and shifts as you invite this beautiful healing,

Settling,

Harmonizing vibration into yourself taking a breath in and breathing out as you let go,

Unwind,

Relax as you bring your awareness back to the circle of trees you notice lights are dancing all around you there are presences here honoring your connection and as you stand here you intentionally connect to your soul the beautiful eternity within you as you do a soft melody emits from within you and the frequency and colors all around you begin to subtly change raising the vibration and honor your connection to your soul just ahead of you a formless essence of light appears and begins to approach it begins to take form as a beautiful being approaches you one who symbolizes all of the balanced qualities of strength,

Power,

Compassion,

Knowingness,

Gentleness,

Empowerment as this being stands before you you instantly recognize this is you your potential as you stand before this being bask in their power it immediately makes you feel safe,

Held,

Supported in their knowingness feeling the gravity of their faith,

Their connection the incredible light that they radiate it carries both divine love and an expression of sovereign power they take your hand and lead you towards the glistening pool and ask you to enter this pool as you begin to take steps into these beautiful waters,

A great warmth begins to spread across your being as you see the waters changing into a golden liquid light feeling yourself sitting comfortably within the shallow pool as this golden liquid light infuses within your cells and begins to awaken your inner power as you take a breath in,

Inviting this energy into your being and as you breathe out,

Feeling this golden light dissolving doubts,

Fears,

Worries and resistances to your power this liquid light reminds you your power is your birthright as it enters your being,

Your cells,

Feeling your radiance grow and glow as your light begins to light up the space around you in your inner sanctuary as your guide,

Your potential smiles and you notice more beings are approaching they are drawn to your light,

Your power your recognition of your power your honouring of your power is inviting others to honour you for honouring your power as your body and consciousness drinks in this nectar your inner source of power is activated feel this coursing through your being strength,

Knowingness the ability to handle all situations expansion it instinctively births you with the knowingness that anything is possible as your potential flows through your being with your power you know nothing is in your way feel this freedom that arrives with the awakening of your inner power as you draw from your own life and lifetimes of experiences of accessing your power and here accessing the eternal source within you of your sovereign power in this moment you know you are far bigger than any worry or concern or experience that you may be having you are greater than all of this timeless,

Untouchable,

Sovereign,

Sacred strength taking a deep breath in,

Feeling this light enter every aspect of your being,

Breathing out,

Feeling yourself expanding here your guide gently nods to you and you begin to step out of the pool as you face this beautiful being,

Your potential again you see that your energy is radiant and glowing there is light glowing from beneath your skin your guide now has an offering to live towards you as a stream of beautiful energy flows from their solar plexus towards yours that carries with it higher teaching,

Wisdom,

Knowledge and love on how to integrate,

Embody and celebrate this power within you now feeling all of your chakras receiving gentle streams of beautiful energy flowing,

Carrying teachings as power is connected to all aspects of your consciousness your guide,

Your potential reminds you of how your empowerment is serving all,

Necessary for all allowing this transmission,

This flow of wisdom gentle reminders of awakening which gives the invitation and permission for more of your power to awaken feeling the lightness as weights and burdens begin to be discarded as your energy field strengthens as you feel more of who you are as this is occurring you notice all of the beings around you are celebrating you they are honoring you,

The real you honoring yourself here in this spotlight knowing you deserve you deserve anything and everything you are worthy you are worthy because all life is worthy and you are an expression of all life the great majestic trees symbolizing strength,

Connection offer their own wisdoms and teachings and energies feeling that strength within you,

Spiritual strength,

Inner strength allowing it to flow through you,

Transmuting you,

Elevating you knowing it can and will change your personality,

How you see yourself how others see you knowing your empowerment serves all and gives permission to others to celebrate their life as you take a deep,

Deep breath in,

Deep,

Deep breath out your guide gently steps back as all streams dissolve feeling yourself anchored yet charged,

Connected here you know it's time as you say farewell to this beautiful expression of you,

Your potential this manifestation from spirit here to support you in this moment and to all of the presences around who have been celebrating you,

Reminding you to the trees,

The waters and beginning to walk back out of the circle and each step you take feeling the strength within you,

You are more in your body there is more knowingness,

More gravity,

More strength and alightness as you are radiating outwards each step you take along the grass,

Back along the bank back towards the meadow,

Each step grounding you reconnecting you with earth,

Life and your body as you bring your awareness back into your body with each breath breathing into your body,

Feeling your physical body feeling this power flowing through your arms,

Fingers,

Your legs your chest,

Your head and opening up your chest as you breathe in and breathing out and opening a bit further,

Just allowing that expansion within you as you breathe in all chakras to manageable size within your field breathing down into mother earth and asking mother earth to root you,

Gaia anchoring you as you are still feeling open we draw up a layer for mother earth to wrap around your field to protect,

Hold and nurture your energies and in this moment taking one hand to place upon your solar plexus and another hand to place upon your heart center as you feel your power own your power celebrate your power and embody your power blessings on your journey Namaste Namaste Namaste Namaste Namaste
