New Moon: Release Blocks To Manifest Your Greatest Desires

Close your eyes and sit or lie down very comfortably.

Just relax.

Settle into the seat or bed or floor wherever you are.

Take a deep breath and exhale slowly and completely.

Breathe in slowly.

Fill your lungs.

Expand your diaphragm and stomach.

And breathe out.

Completely release all the air.

And one more time.

Breathe in.

And breathe out.

Now scan your body from your head to your toes.

Going down,

Down,

Down.

Completely scan.

And if there's any place where you feel tightness or stress,

Just breathe into that area.

Then breathe out and relax it completely.

Let your breath move naturally at its own comfortable pace.

As you scan your body and relax every single muscle,

Every single cell.

Just relax.

Now picture yourself at the entrance of a beautiful garden.

The garden is full of trees,

Flowers,

Colourful butterflies flitting from flower to flower.

When you look down ahead of you,

It's a beautiful path of soft grass.

This path calls to you and it feels so right to walk on this grass and keep walking inwards into the heart of the garden.

All around you,

You can hear the twittering of the birds,

The calling of the squirrels and little animals and insects.

All happily and safely playing and running about near their own homes.

In the trees,

In the plants.

There's a cool breeze and as you walk,

You can feel the breeze gently caressing you.

Your heart is full of joy as you are filled with this deep feeling of purpose and potential.

You feel like a child again,

Laughing and giggling and twirling around and just skipping along this path.

Now in the distance,

You hear another beautiful sound among all these nature sounds.

You know that whatever this beautiful,

Melodious sound is,

It's calling you right to the centre of the garden.

As you move closer and closer towards the sound,

You know in your heart,

You know in your gut and you know in your soul that what awaits you is your beautiful future.

Everything that your heart desires,

Everything that you deserve and want and love,

Everything is there at the heart of the garden,

Calling to you,

Just beckoning you to go closer.

That is the beautiful,

Melodious sound that you hear and you know that it's being played there just for you.

As you go close to the centre of the garden,

You see this big block in your way.

It's a wall that is stopping your progress,

Stopping you from moving forward.

There's no way to go around this wall or over it.

It's just right there in the middle of your path,

Obstructing you from reaching what you desire.

You just know that all your heart's desires are right there on the other side of this wall.

You can hear them just calling to you with so much love and you really,

Really want to reach them.

You want to get to the other side of this wall.

But how do you do this?

How do you go onto the other side?

After frustratedly trying to get through,

You hear a gentle voice calling to you from right near you.

There's a tree next to you and in front of this tree is this beautiful,

Glowing,

Powerful being of light.

An angel,

Your higher self,

The universe personified,

A spiritual guide,

Whatever you call this being,

They are here just to help you,

Just to guide you.

Talk to them and as you go closer,

They reach out their hands to hold your hands in theirs.

Place your palms in their palms and the moment you touch them,

The moment you're connected with them,

You feel completely relaxed.

You feel this deep sense of complete surrender.

You know that everything will work out beautifully.

All you need to do is ask for guidance and help from this magical,

Magical being of light.

Just relax.

If you feel called to,

Embrace this being and allow them to comfort you,

To tell you that everything is going to work out beautifully and just surrender to them completely.

Once you have surrendered with complete trust and faith,

You realize that they now have a message of guidance for you.

This magical being,

This angel says to you,

Look closely at the wall and notice what is written on each of the blocks,

Each of the bricks that this wall is made of.

So you turn to the wall and when you look,

Suddenly you notice there are words written on it just glowing inside these bricks.

Go closer and when you read the words,

You see that each brick,

Each block represents a hurdle or a block to your desires.

Each block carries within it a feeling of fear,

A thought that comes from fear-based emotions.

On one is the word guilt,

On the other is the word inadequacy and yet another is the phrase fear of success.

Every block as you read,

Lists out your deepest fears,

Your deepest blocks to manifestation.

There are ifs and buts.

There are questions and concerns,

Things that are just blocking your path to moving forward.

And as you read,

There are stories and feelings and sentences all trapped in these bricks and these are all your deepest innermost thoughts that stop you from receiving everything that you deserve into your life.

Take some time to read what's written,

To connect with all these thoughts that you have,

All these feelings that are written out right there in front of you.

And if there's something you're unable to read or understand,

Ask your guiding angel to help you understand it.

Now as you understand these blocks,

As you know what's in them,

You feel a deep sense of relief and purpose.

These thoughts,

These feelings,

These words,

These big blocks in front of you,

This whole wall is also a prisoner of your own fears.

All of them deserve love.

They all deserve to be loved and gently released and let go of.

Ask your angel,

How,

How do I release all these blocks?

How do I melt them away so they aren't blocking my path anymore?

And as you surrender to the guidance of the angel,

They come behind you and place their hands on the back of your heart and they fill you with beautiful,

Loving energy of light.

This energy fills you,

Fills each and every cell of your body,

Every molecule and atom of your whole energy field.

Starts from your heart and flows out,

Out through your fingers,

Out through your toes.

And you glow,

Filled with this beautiful power of love from the universe.

This is a golden white glow.

Now the angel places their hands on your shoulders and says,

Fill this wall,

Each and every brick with this beautiful,

Loving energy that you are channelling through you.

Look down at your fingers and your glowing hands and palms and know that without a doubt,

You have the power to melt all the bricks in this wall away.

Go to the wall and experimentally place your palms on one of the bricks.

And watch with wonder and awe as the brick starts becoming more porous and soft and just liquefies into golden light.

The brick and all its fearful thoughts and feelings have just dissolved away.

Through the gap in this wall,

You can see the life of your greatest desires right on the other side of the wall.

And just looking at it fills you with even more powerful,

Beautiful energy of love.

So one by one,

Place your palms lovingly on each brick and just let it dissolve into golden,

Bright white liquid energy and then just flow away down and down.

One brick,

Then another,

Then another and then another.

And as you keep clearing all these bricks away,

You feel a deep sense of lightness,

Like a huge burden is getting released and washed away from you.

Even though there's space for you to squeeze through,

Don't stop there.

Keep working on this wall brick by brick and watch all those fearful thoughts and emotions be loved and released,

Gone away,

Melted away,

Into the universe,

Into the earth,

To be recycled into beautiful,

Useful energy.

Have all these bricks and let them all go.

Once the final brick is done and everything has gone away,

Feel the extreme joy,

Lightness and gratitude for everything that you have accomplished right now in this moment.

Take the hand of your guiding angel.

Thank them,

Hug them for all the beautiful guidance that they have given you and for showing you the way through.

And then step inside to the heart of the garden,

The place where all your desires are right there for your taking in your life.

They have all been waiting here for a long time just for you to reach them and take them for your own.

Success,

Abundance,

Love,

Peace,

Joy,

Laughter,

Happiness,

Everything,

Everything you want in your life.

Stand there and just soak in the beautiful energy of all these wonderful feelings and desires.

Just soak them in completely.

Allow them to enter into your being,

Into your life.

Let them all come to you,

Into you.

And now this is your reality,

This beautiful new reality which carries everything that you want.

Know that your guiding higher self,

The spiritual being of light is always there for you and you can call on them anytime,

Anywhere to help guide you throughout your journey.

Listen to the sounds around you,

Feel the atmosphere,

The temperature,

The energy,

The space,

The space,

The room,

Into your body,

Listen to the sounds around you,

Feel the atmosphere,

The temperature,

Feel your bed,

Your chair,

Whatever is around you,

Whatever you're wearing.

Just be aware of them all.

Now wriggle your fingers and your toes.

Rub your palms together and place them over your eyes.

And when you're ready,
