This mediation is meant to bring us deep within to connect with our inner peace and unconditional love which will then allow us to bring this forth to the world as we go about our lives. It is meant to connect us on a vibrational level and expand our hearts.

Hi,
This is Vic and welcome to my podcast.
I wanted to come on today to announce some exciting news about live evening meditations that I will be performing soon.

Please find yourself a comfortable position.
Close your eyes and relax.
Take a deep breath in,
Let it out.
One more time,
Deep breath in,
Hold at the top,
Hold,
And let it out.
And just take a moment to connect with your inner space and settle and just relax your body as you bring your attention to the top of your head,
Your scalp,
Your forehead,
And just let go of all those muscles and ligaments.
Release any tension in your forehead.
Bring your attention down to your eyes and just allow your eyes to settle.
Let your eyelids rest.
Breathing in,
Breathing out,
And just bring your attention down to your cheek,
Your jaw,
Your mouth,
And just allow your facial muscles to let go and relax.
Release any tension in your jaw.
Let your tongue settle.
And if your mind wanders,
That's okay,
Just come back to my voice.
Let those thoughts float away and bring your attention down to your neck and just release any tension in the back of your neck.
Let go of all those muscles.
And now just take a deep breath in and on exhale drop your shoulders.
Just allow that tension to flow out of your shoulders and down your arms and out of your hands.
Feel that tension release and flow down your arms that are getting heavy with relaxation as that energy flows down.
And now just bring your attention to your breath and breathe in and breathe out and just notice the sensations of breathing.
Feel that cool air enter your nose,
Feel your lungs filling with air,
Your chest rising and falling with each cycle of breath.
Notice how you know exactly when to let go and exhale.
Your breath has been with you always unconditionally.
You don't have to think about it.
You don't have to do anything for it.
It just shows up unconditionally.
It's there for you.
Find your gratitude for your breath and follow it deeper into your inner world.
Allow that rhythm to take you deeper and just follow your breath inward,
Breathing in,
Breathing out,
Allowing that cycle to bring you deeper and deeper.
And just continue to follow your breath to allow your body to settle down and settle in as you bring your attention down to your torso.
Allow all those internal organs to slow down,
All those muscles and ligaments.
Just feel your body going deeper into relaxation.
Feel yourself getting more and more settled.
Notice your facial muscles are relaxed,
Your shoulders are down,
Your breathing is steady.
Bring your attention down to your hips and your lower back.
Just release all tension in your lower back.
Allow those muscles and ligaments in your hips and all those moving parts to let go and relax.
Feel yourself sinking deeper into your seat.
As you bring your attention down to your thighs,
Just feel those big thigh muscles let go and relax.
Allow the sound of my voice and the rhythm of your breathing along with the sound of the music to bring you deeper and deeper into relaxation.
As you bring your attention down to your calves and your calf muscles,
Just let them go.
Let those muscles go.
I want you to bring your attention to the bottom of your feet and feel the connection with the earth.
Notice the sensation at the soles of your feet as you feel that earth grounding you,
Pulling you in like a magnet.
Feel the security in that grounding.
Feel the sensation of that connection and just know that the earth is here supporting you,
Taking care of you,
Is there for you.
Feel that connection at the soles of your feet.
And I want you to see before you a golden spiral path.
I want you to step onto this path and start walking down the spiral.
Feel the path beneath your feet with each step as you walk down,
Down that spiral.
Look down at your feet and see each step as you walk down,
Down that spiral.
And you notice the further down you go,
The more relaxed you feel.
And the more relaxed you feel,
The better you feel.
So keep walking deeper down that spiral,
Deeper and deeper into relaxation.
See your feet walking down that spiral.
And as you come to the end of the spiral and step off the path,
I want you to notice a perfectly still lake in front of you.
Clear,
Crystal still water,
Like glass.
I want you to walk up to the edge of that lake,
Put your feet in the water,
And notice it's the exact right temperature that you can barely even feel that there's water there.
Go into the lake and float on your back.
Feel the stillness,
The quiet as you float on this perfectly still lake.
You notice in the sky all the stars.
And as you float in this perfect temperature,
In this perfect stillness,
You notice this is your inner world.
And you're floating in your inner world.
And as you float,
You notice you can no longer tell where the lake ends and the sky begins.
And the reflection of the stars become one.
You can't tell what's in the sky and what's in the lake.
It all just becomes one.
And then you notice you can no longer tell where your skin ends and the lake begins.
As you float there,
You just become one with the lake and the sky and the stars.
And as you float,
You notice that the stars are actually souls of all the living beings on this planet.
And you feel connected to them in a way you haven't before.
As you sit in your stillness and you float,
And you notice as you become one with all things,
There's this unconditional love filling you up.
This inner peace,
This stillness,
This calm deep within you as you float on this lake.
And you notice as you feel these sensations,
You're vibrating higher.
You're vibrating at a level of unconditional love.
You could feel the connection with each star,
With each soul.
And you feel it spreading.
And as that unconditional love vibration expands,
The stars begin to light up and awaken.
Each soul begins to awaken to the vibration of unconditional love and peacefulness.
And as you float on your back,
You could see out in the distance all the stars,
All the souls beginning to light up one by one.
And they're so bright,
You almost can't tell where one begins and one ends.
Everything is connected.
The stars are connected and awakened and in peace.
And as you float there,
You notice and you feel the power of that unconditional love,
Power of that oneness,
Power,
Peace,
And love connection.
You feel it,
You vibrate,
And the more you feel it and the more connected you become,
And everything,
The lake,
The sky,
The stars,
You all become awakened,
Peaceful connection.
We're all made of stardust.
We're all made of the same thing.
We're all one.
And you feel the power of that and the peacefulness of that and the calmness of that.
As you sit in the stillness,
You float as one with all living souls lighting up and you're floating in this lake.
That is the sky.
That is the stars and there's this enormous power of stillness and love and connection filling all things,
Expanding,
Awakening all beings.
Float in this power,
In this love,
In this oneness.
Feel the enormity of it.
Feel the simplicity of it.
Breathe it into your heart.
And now I want you to imagine there's a blue bubble forming around each soul,
Protecting,
Protecting it,
Protecting you.
Only that of the highest good for all things can enter or leave these blue bubbles.
You are protected.
You are safe.
You are at peace.
You are at love.
You are connection.
You are oneness.
And nothing that is not of the highest good can penetrate that.
Breathe that into your heart.
Feel that in your deepest parts of you in this space.
And you can see far off into the distance,
Furthest star has been reached.
And it lights up as it awakens.
And as each star and each soul awakened,
It was inevitable for the next one to awaken.
And you see all this white,
Bright light coming from every soul in the sky,
In the lake,
In you,
All one.
Breathe that in.
Feel your heart expanding by the pure beauty of it all.
Breathe it in and just float in this space.
Float in this oneness.
Float in this stillness and peacefulness for all things to expand you.
Feel your heart opening and blossoming as you breathe it in.
And now I want you to come back to the edge of the lake and come out of the lake and come back to the room you're sitting in.
And when you're ready,
Wiggle your toes and come back when you're ready.
