I'll invite you to close down your eyes.
Taking some breaths with your natural breath in and out.
With your next few exhales,
Feeling yourself landing here.
Now that your eyes are closed.
Feeling your awareness come inwards and feeling yourself landing here.
And as you feel yourself landing into this container of the meditation,
I invite you to Bring your awareness to where your body is making contact with the surface beneath you So you might be sitting on a chair.
Feeling where your body is making contact with the chair.
Or you might be sitting or laying on the earth itself outside.
Feeling where your body is making contact with the earth.
Taking some breaths in and out.
Bringing your awareness to the part of your body.
That's connecting with the surface beneath you.
Now we're going to start gently with this connection and as the meditation goes on,
We're going to support your body to open and connect with the earth deeper and deeper.
Right now we're going to start very gently.
By visualizing your Root Energy Center.
You might be familiar with your root energy center and bring your awareness right there.
If you're not familiar with it,
It's at the base of your spine.
So you can bring your awareness to the area at the base of your spine.
Taking some breaths in and out.
Feeling this energy center.
Amen.
And happy.
Now visualizing or feeling.
A root from this energy center.
Going down into the earth feeling that you are not separate from the earth.
You are connected to the earth.
Feeling a root moving from your body.
Down into the earth And as you feel this beautiful,
Vital root,
Connecting your body to the earth.
I invite you to say in your mind or out loud I am on the earth.
I am on the earth.
Taking some breaths in and out.
As you feel this point of connection between you and the earth.
Now as you feel this rootedness and groundedness,
I invite you to say in your mind or out loud,
I am of the earth.
I am of the earth.
Taking some breaths in and out as you feel this,
That you are made of the very physical substance that the earth is made of.
The mineral.
The elements You are made of this very substance.
Breathing in and out and feeling I am of the earth.
Now we are going to bring your awareness to your earth star energy center this is an energy center that is not as commonly connected to This energy center of yours is actually just outside of your body.
It's about 8 inches or 20 centimeters below your feet.
I invite you to bring your awareness to your Earth Star Energy Center.
Beneath your feet and feeling Your Earth Star Energy Center.
Completely plugged into the earth.
Feeling it humming with vibrancy.
Pulsing with energy.
Breathing in and out.
Feeling your body resonating beautifully.
At the 7.
83 Hertz of the Earth.
You are not just.
.
.
Resting on the surface of the earth.
You are completely connected with the earth.
Feeling this as you breathe in and out.
And feeling these words as I say them.
I am safe.
I am grounded.
I am abundant.
I have everything I need.
Feeling your belly relaxed and connected to the earth.
Feeling your chest relaxed and connected to the earth.
Feeling your shoulders relaxed and connected to the earth.
Feeling your head and your mind relax.
And connected to the earth.
Every breath you take in Breathing in the vitality of the earth.
Every exhale you release,
Releasing out into the earth.
Now I invite you to bring your awareness to your own diaphragm.
This muscle that's running horizontally across your body,
Just underneath your heart and lungs.
At the base of your thoracic cavity that holds your heart and lungs.
Bringing your awareness to your diaphragm,
To this muscle.
When you breathe in.
With your diaphragm,
It's moving down.
Contracting open naturally and easefully filling your lungs.
And when you exhale,
The diaphragm is softening,
Supporting your lungs to naturally and easefully exhale.
And if you have any contraction that you're holding in your diaphragm,
It can make it feel like even breathing has an element.
Around it,
An element of struggle around it.
So we're going to work with your diaphragm here to help release any contraction stored in your diaphragm because you don't need to hold any contraction in your diaphragm.
You don't need to hold any contraction in your body.
You don't need to hold any contraction in your life.
When we're connected to the earth,
We don't need to hold anything in our vessels.
Everything is fluid because we know that the next breath we need to take is right there.
We know that the next thing that we are ready to receive is right there.
We know that the next thing that we're ready to let go of has a place where it will be fully released naturally into the earth.
So when we live in connection to the earth,
We don't need to hold any contraction.
We live in a state of openness and softness and ease and abundance and receiving.
So we're going to work with your diaphragm here to release any contraction that it might be holding.
And how we're going to do that is when you take an inhale,
I invite you to take a full inhale using your diaphragm and expand your diaphragm to its full,
Full,
Full,
Full,
Full capacity like you're stretching it open.
And then on your exhale just releasing naturally.
So on our next few breaths with your inhale,
You're going to feel your diaphragm stretch open to its full capacity.
Inhaling.
And exhaling,
Releasing.
Inhaling.
And exhaling releasing and you can do this at your own pace and it might take you a few breaths before you can even feel your own diaphragm that's okay we're making our own connection in perfect timing If you can't specifically feel your diaphragm,
Just do your best to connect to it and bring your awareness to that part of your body.
And in time,
You will be able to fully feel your diaphragm.
Inhaling stretching your diaphragm open to its full capacity.
Feeling any contraction opening as you do this.
And exhaling,
Releasing.
And noticing that your exhale doesn't take any effort.
You don't actually need to use any muscle to exhale.
Your lungs release and exhale naturally on their own Inhaling Pulling open your diaphragm to its full capacity.
And exhaling releasing.
And doing this several more times at your own pace.
Every time you release Feeling.
An expansion.
Happening in your diaphragm that you've opened it further that you've let go of something that was holding there And you don't need to manage where this release goes.
The release naturally goes back into the earth.
Absorbing into the earth.
Inhaling feeling your diaphragm opening And exhaling a beautiful,
Luscious exhale.
We're going to do this three more times.
Inhaling your beautiful diaphragm to its full capacity,
Not holding anything here,
Not even one little thing.
You don't have to hold anything.
Letting it all go on that beautiful expanded inhale.
Single on your exhale feeling it fully leave your system.
Again inhaling your diaphragm fully.
And exhaling that wonderful exhale.
And one more time,
Feeling the specialness of this,
That you get to connect to your body in this way,
That you get to choose to release in this way.
You do not have to hold on to anything.
Inhaling fully feeling that beautiful luscious expansion of your diaphragm And exhaling,
A natural exhale.
Taking a few moments here,
Feeling your natural breath.
Feeling this difference.
In that part of your body.
Ah.
There's any part of you that was contracted.
Holding your energy up in your head.
For a sense of control,
A sense of not feeling safe,
That you needed to hold on to things because you didn't feel safe to let go.
If there was any part of you not fully inhabiting your body because of this contraction,
We invite all of your energy fully into your body now.
We invite all of your energy from your mind down fully into your body.
Inhabiting your body fully.
Feeling this as you breathe in and out.
It is safe.
To inhabit my body fully.
Feeling your connection.
This is your connection.
It's your sacred connection between you and the earth.
The person guiding this meditation does not own this connection for you.
