Our mind can sometimes trick us into thinking that what we're looking for spiritually is somewhere else.
That we need to do a specific practice.
To get there.
And that we need to become an improved version of ourself to access what we're seeking.
And this can become like a hamster wheel,
Like an endless loop where we're always looking for the thing that is eternally here,
Somewhere else.
And so today,
Rather than giving a specific practice of this is what you have to do to access the present moment,
The eternal now,
I am present.
I want to see what it feels like together for us to Acknowledge.
That it's not somewhere else.
It's right here.
What does that mean for you right now in this present moment that it's right here?
What does it mean for you that you don't have to fix it?
Anything about yourself.
You don't have to just improve that last little bit that you've been working on to access it.
What does it mean that?
It's already right here.
And that by focusing on improving yourself as a doorway to what you're seeking is actually just taking your gaze away.
Once again from what's here.
What does that feel like in your body to hear those words?
If it feels right,
Maybe closing your eyes,
Taking some breaths in and out and feeling your body here.
What does it feel like to know?
Underneath it all.
That the thing you're looking for most.
Is right here.
It's not.
In another situation in the future.
It's not once you figure out one more thing,
It's right here.
It's all right here,
Right now.
Maybe you feel a sense of peace.
Maybe you don't.
Maybe you feel nothing.
Noticing any part of you that perhaps looking for it to feel a certain way.
However you're feeling.
It's right here.
Then when you feel ready,
Opening your eyes.
So this is a sort of.
Non-practice practice that we can work with.
And we can work with it throughout the day.
It doesn't matter what's happening in our surrounding.
You might be sitting at home on your couch.
You might be in an important meeting about to give a speech.
In traffic or driving,
Wherever you are.
It's always here in this now moment.
So we can continuously invite our awareness to remember this.
And the more we remember,
The more we remember.
I hope this resonated with you and supported you and your life path in some way.
And I wish you a beautiful day ahead.
