Hello and welcome beautiful Insight Timer community.
Today we are on day 14 of our 30 day journaling challenge.
So we're almost halfway through and there's a full moon coming up.
So I had thought about pulling a card from a Moonology deck but then it occurred to me that there may not be a full moon coming up when you hear this.
However there is always a full moon isn't there?
At some point there's going to be one.
So I decided to instead go to the Crystal Illustrated Crystallery.
It's a book with 36 Oracle cards by Maya Toll.
Really cool book.
I highly recommend it besides the fact that I love the pictures and the colors and the fact that it's a book that comes with a card deck as opposed to a card deck that comes with a book.
So this is a full-size book.
Pulled a random card from the deck and what did I get but Moonstone,
Ebb and flow.
So apparently the universe is telling us to think about that moon anyway.
Open up the book and I start reading.
Mama Moon rules the waters,
Pulling the tide and singing to the ebb and flow within our own watery bodies.
As the moon's acolyte,
Moonstone holds the mystery of water,
Teaching us to swim in our own depths and find our own rhythm of waxing and waning.
When you feel disoriented by new places or experiences or when the pull of modern life has taken you away from the mysteries of the natural realms,
Moonstone will guide you back.
She is a stone for the journey from dark to light,
From inner to outer,
From winter to summer.
Steadfast in her gentle assertion that everything comes around again,
Flowing with life's tides,
She assures you we'll lead to renewal.
The phases of you.
The moon rules water and water rules emotions.
Could your emotional state possibly be affecting by shifting tides?
Apparently it can be and reflection fluid or crispy?
What in your life makes you feel fluid and flowing?
What makes you feel crispy and dried up?
Obviously I had to read these last few lines to myself a couple of times before I made sense of them but I got to thinking that was a great prompt for my journal.
What in my life makes me feel fluid and flowing and what makes you feel crispy and dried up?
That last question always takes me back to the emotional vampires we discussed the other day.
So I'm gonna set five minutes on the clock and I'm gonna use these prompts.
What in your life makes you feel fluid and flowing?
What makes you feel crispy and dried up?
Let's get to writing.
Okay my friends that was five minutes on the clock.
Once again I had a lot to say and I will probably continue journaling after we're done.
Feel free to do the same.
And today I say make your goal be to find the things that make you feel fluid and flowing.
As I was writing these prompts I kept thinking about the crispy and dried up part and why that was what I could focus on more.
And then I thought about what does make me feel fluid and flowing and that just made me smile because there's a lot of amazing wonderful things that do that.
And that's what I'm gonna focus on today.
So I hope you do as well and I hope you have an amazing day.
We'll be back tomorrow for day 15.
