Imagine you're at the top of a mountain looking down the whole creation.
From the top of this mountain,
From the top of your consciousness.
Throughout any limiting thought.
Stay with it in your highest consciousness.
Stay at the top of that highest peak at the crown of your head.
And from this place,
Relax.
Let go of any self-limiting thoughts,
Concepts,
Conceptions.
You may need to let go of the same thing many times.
Just keep letting it go and maintain your highest peak.
And please let yourself feel healed,
Compassionate,
And relaxed.

Suspend your breath.
Be still for a moment in that highest peak at the crown of your head.
The highest consciousness that you can locate now.

And as you let your breath relax,
Know you've touched that consciousness today.
And let it guide you.
