Close your eyes and start to relax,
Settling into your seat and separating your feet and hands.
Starting to deepen the breath and dropping the breath down into the belly,
Feeling it filling all the way up like a big balloon on your inhales and squeezing all the air out on your exhales,
Making room for some new fresh breath to come in.
Tuning into any sounds or smells around you,
Feeling the air and then taking your attention to any lingering thoughts that might have been looming.
Anything that's happened today or any situation that may feel unsettled or any worries about tomorrow or what's to come.
Collecting all of these details and just mentally placing them in a little basket and then placing that basket outside the room,
Recognizing that you just don't need them right now.
As you continue to lengthen through the inhales and exhales,
Go ahead and roll your eyes all the way up and in,
As if you could look into your own eyebrows,
Feeling a little strain or fluttering in the eyelids,
Signaling that it's just time to slow down and relax.
So taking one more big deep round of breath here.
When you get to the bottom of the exhale,
Just go ahead and release the eyes,
Letting go of every muscle and every nerve in and around the eyes,
Smoothing out the forehead and unclenching the jaw,
Tilting your chin down just an inch or so so that you get that same feeling as if you were looking over a balcony or looking down a flight of stairs and starting to picture before you that you were looking down five steps that lead into the most beautiful,
Serene,
Wading pool of water,
Noticing any textures or colors that you see here and feeling so calm,
Feeling your feet and maybe even hearing your feet as you step onto step five,
Relaxing more as you step down onto step four,
Feeling the warm water coming over your feet,
Relaxing every single muscle and every single nerve as you continue to sink deeper,
Moving down onto step three,
Feeling the water going deeper,
Relaxing you more as you move down onto step two.
And then finally,
Just drifting off as you move down onto step one,
Feeling this drifting feeling coming over your body as you just let go and start to float gently on the surface,
Feeling the water rocking you back and forth,
Drifting deeper into relaxation and starting to feel the warm sunshine coming down over the top of the head,
Melting away any tension through your scalp and warming and relaxing your face even more and continuing to just melt away any last tension that's holding on through your shoulders and all the way down your arms,
Relaxing your hands more and relaxing the belly,
Releasing the hips and feeling the warm sunshine moving down the legs,
Relaxing you even more all the way down to the tips of your toes.
And as you continue to drift deeper,
Just allowing this healing light to start to amplify,
Feeling it now running through your entire body and even beyond your body,
Melting away now any negativity,
Any self-doubt or criticism,
Any shaming or blaming and just feeling each of these old thoughts and old patterns simply melting away now like ice cream dripping down into the water,
Letting go of any energy that doesn't belong to you,
Any drama or anything that's no longer serving you,
Feeling it release now and watching it sinking heavy into the water around you and sinking all the way down to the very bottom of the pool,
Going down into the drain,
Being fully recycled back into the earth to be neutralized and leaving you now feeling so much lighter and even brighter,
Allowing this healing light to surround you just like a giant bubble,
Noticing the color and the feeling inside,
So safe and peaceful and realizing that you are in control of just how big it expands,
So allowing it to expand just right,
Right now.
And as the light grows brighter,
Feeling it begin to mend any holes or rips in your aura,
Sealing it tightly so that the energy gets even stronger and expands even bigger,
Getting so big now that it starts to just lift you up into the air and feeling a sense of adventure and curiosity coming over you now as you start to travel inside of your beautiful bubble up high into the clouds,
Looking down to see your home below you and allowing this beautiful bubble to take you to your absolute favorite place in the entire universe,
Feeling the excitement as you see it before you in the distance,
Getting closer and coming in now,
Landing so gently inside your bubble,
Taking a look around and noticing any details that catch your eye,
Any colors or sounds or smells,
Noticing the feeling that you get from this special place and feeling your energy fully restored,
Feeling this healing light magnifying and multiplying here,
Feeling the power coming up from the bottom of your feet and fully absorbing it now,
Letting it activate every single cell in your body,
Expanding your aura so big and bright now that it takes up the entire space and even beyond,
Clearing out any last bits or particles that you no longer need,
Such as any worries or fears,
Any judgment or fears of judgment that you've been experiencing,
Any holding back or playing small,
Letting all of these just completely vanish here into the atmosphere,
Creating space in your body and feeling the lightness as they just disappear so easily.
And whenever you start to feel totally clear,
So radiant,
Just beaming out of your power now,
Go ahead and start to pull your aura back in towards your body,
Feeling its full power now as it wraps around you just like a second skin and remembering that you are in complete control of how you wear your aura,
Allowing it to serve as a filter all around you,
Filtering out negativity and keeping intact all of your radiant energy and vitality,
So feeling this magical second skin just perfectly surrounding you now.
Go ahead and start to bring your attention back inside your body,
Noticing what feels better and what feels healed and restored,
Breathing deep into your belly and noticing where you have more space and feeling so confident and clear and so light and refreshed as you start to bring your attention all the way back towards now,
Coming back into the room feeling so rested and energized as you come back fully awake now.
