Welcome,
Dear one.
Take a wee moment to settle into a comfortable position.
Let your hands rest gently.
Rest on your heart,
In your lap or by your sides.
When you're ready,
Allow your eyes to gently close.
Let this be your time.
Your time to come home to yourself.
Take a nice deep breath in through your nose,
Hold for a moment,
And exhale softly through your mouth.
And again,
Nice deep breath in,
And exhale softly through your mouth.
Allowing your breathing to deepen,
And finding your natural rhythm as you let your shoulders drop.
Let your jaw relax,
Allowing your breath to find a slower,
Softer rhythm.
With each breath,
Feel yourself letting go.
Letting go of tension.
Letting go of worry.
Letting go of any pressure to be anything other than who you are.
Now,
Gently bring your awareness to your thoughts,
And if you're mind is busy,
That's okay.
You don't need to stop your thoughts,
Just observe them.
Observe them like clouds floating across the sky.
Notice if the voice of the inner critic is present.
Maybe it's whispering doubts.
Maybe it's questioning your worth.
Maybe it's replaying past fears,
Doubts,
Or failures.
And just take a nice deep breath in,
And as you exhale,
Imagine those critical thoughts dissolving into a mist,
And gently repeating,
I am not my thoughts.
I choose which voice to believe.
Now imagine that inner critic softening,
Like a worried friend who's trying to protect you.
Acknowledge it kindly,
And gently say,
Thank you,
But I don't need you right now.
Watch it take a step back,
And fade into the background,
And now bring your attention to your heart space,
And place one or both hands over your chest.
Feel the steady rhythm beneath your palms,
Your life force.
Breathe into this space.
With each inhale,
Imagine a warm golden light expanding from your heart.
This is your inner worth,
Your sacred essence.
Let it grow brighter with each breath,
Filling your chest,
Spilling into your arms,
Down into your belly,
Your legs,
All the way to your fingertips and your toes.
You are enough.
You have always been enough.
Gently say to yourself,
I release self-doubt.
I embrace my truth.
I am worthy.
I am whole.
I am powerful.
Let these words echo throughout your entire being.
Imagine yourself standing tall,
Grounded,
Radiant,
Centered.
The voice of truth is clear within you now.
It's calm.
It's wise.
It says you are capable.
You are lovable.
You are ready.
Feel that power anchoring into your body,
Not as something you need to earn,
But as something you already are.
Take a nice deep breath in,
And exhale with a sigh of release.
You are returning to yourself,
To your strength,
To your light.
Now gently begin to bring awareness back to the space around you.
Wiggle your fingers and your toes a wee bit.
Gently roll your shoulders.
And when you're ready,
Softly opening your eyes,
Return to the world with a little bit more softness,
A little bit more courage,
And a lot more self-love.
You are not your doubts.
You are your resilience.
You are your radiance.
You are your truth.
Much love to you,
My dear.
