So again, My name is Wendy DeRosa and this free conference call tonight is on burning the undigested emotions of the belly. And I'm primarily going to be focusing on the solar plexus area of the body because that's the fire aspect of the body. However, There's this relationship between the second chakra in the pelvis, Which is the sacral chakra and the solar plexus chakra. So I'm going to talk a bit about the two and why we may be hitting up against some turmoil in our lives right now. And it's sort of a global transition and then how our bodies are reacting to that transition. And then I'm going to be offering some energy clearing in that area of the body. So first of all, I'm just going to say a few things about why we are picking up, Why we're not digesting our emotions and why we're picking up energies as we're going through our day. The second chakra area of the body, Which is located below the belt, It's in the pelvis, It kind of sits in the pelvic bowl. It's a beautiful orange power center and even as I talk about it, You can connect to that area of your body and sort of receive this as I'm talking about it, Receive it more deeply in that part of your body. So the second chakra is about intuiting the emotional temperature of what's going on around us. So generally we feel second chakra intuition when, For example, Somebody presents one particular way to us, But then underneath you sort of sense like, Well, Something doesn't feel congruent about the situation or about how this person is behaving. They're telling me one thing, But I'm getting a feeling about something else. Like I'm getting a different kind of feeling about it that doesn't feel congruent. That's second chakra intuition. It picks up the truer emotions of what's going on about a situation. And what happens is we might be intuiting from the second chakra area and when we intake that information, It's the solar plexus area of our body that transforms or digest that information. It either transforms it into energy or transforms it into information that we utilize or we reject, We accept or reject. Well, What's happening right now is that as consciousness is expanding globally on the planet, We're experiencing, And you may have heard this, You've heard me say this if you've been on calls with me before, And you might have heard many, Many other spiritual leaders and healers talk about this, But as consciousness is expanding, We are stretching beyond our knowing, Our sense of comfort in what we quote unquote know. And as we expand as a, Expanding consciousness and as a culture or like a species really, There are two things that happen. One is that we follow the expansion. We actually expand and grow and hit up against our edge, Our limit and our edges are limitations. And when we do that, Our emotions come to the surface. And then the other thing that happens is that there is, There's expansion in the people around us, But if we don't work on our stuff, On our issues, Our blocks, The baggage we carry, Then we end up contracting and pulling back into ourselves. We end up not growing or we end up to some people getting worse. Like things are getting worse for people because the issues in the body are staying stuck in the body. They're not getting processed. So in this time of expansion, You may be feeling your own stuff in the second chakra area of the body and the solar plexus is just overwhelmed with emotional energy, Or you may be feeling, If you're insensitive and intuitive, You may be feeling the energy of everybody else's pain around you and that you're taking that in on a very subtle collective level. You might be taking that in to the second chakra area of the body. And once again, It's a system overload. Your body cannot digest that much energy. Now there's one more part to this. The solar plexus power center in the body is about navigating through life. And one thing that it does is it helps us feel secure in our orientation in life. So if I feel safe in my surroundings and I know who I am in relationship to the structures around me, The environment around me, Then I feel safe and secure. Well what's happening is that as consciousness is expanding, The solar plexus, The brain of the gut is saying, I don't know where I am. I don't know how to orient to all the changes that are going on around me. And as a result, The solar plexus energy, Or solar plexus power center, Excuse me, Has a bit of a, I'll say an identity crisis. So this power center that's been reaching out for security right now, Or has been over time, Is now having to shift its orientation to tuning inward. And as a collective, We're being asked to tune in for inner security, For growth, For evolution, For peace, For happiness, Instead of looking outward for the surroundings to be okay so that we are okay. We're shifting. So there may be this sense in the core area of the body is I don't know where I am. I don't know what I'm supposed to be doing. I don't know why everybody's having such a difficult time around me, Including myself. And I don't know how to orient myself. I don't know how to ground. So this may not be for everybody, Quite honestly. I mean, There might be some of you who are feeling like you're really on fire in life right now and you're feeling the expansion. And that's fantastic. There's a lot of energy perhaps you've been clearing in your system. And if you are feeling the opposite and feeling like, Wow, I'm really stuck and my issues are up and I just don't even know how to get past, I don't even know how to get past this feeling, Then the basic, I guess I'll say the number one foundational piece to know about how to work, How to clear energy is to notice what you are feeling, Like when you are feeling triggered or when you are feeling upset in your body, In your system and to stop what you're doing and to take some deep breaths and then tune in to the body because our issues are not in our head. They're actually in our body. So make a mind-body connection to where you're feeling the quote unquote crises in your system and breathe into that area. And as you do, You're starting to give, You're starting to bring light to the shadow in your body. And think about what happens when you go into a room that's dark and you flip on the light. When you flip on the light, There is no more darkness. So when, If you think about that and tuning in to darkness in your body, To stuck energy in the body, When you give it attention, Tune into it, Look at it, It's no longer in the shadow. It comes into the light. So breathing through whatever comes up for you and exhaling down through your, Your, What I visualize as our grounding cord, You've heard me say that many, Many times. If you've been on these calls that we have a grounding cord, It connects from our hips to the center of the earth and you give that energy an exit. You give it an exit. So you take a deep breath into wherever you're feeling sensation or blockage or emotion or angry words or sad feelings, Whatever it may be, Breathe into that area of your body and you exhale down through your grounding cord. That's one way we move through energy clearing. That's the tool we're going to be working through, Working with as we go through this meditation and clearing the fire, Letting the fire burn in the belly and clearing the emotions. So we'll begin with just taking some deep breaths. Feel yourself settle in to your sit bones and your seat. And then visualize that grounding cord. It can be like sitting on a tree trunk that has long roots that go into the earth or it can be a beam of light. You can choose whatever image works for you, But just make sure the grounding cord is wide enough. It's not a skinny little cord. It's actually a wide line of energy, Pillar of energy. It connects and it goes all the way down through the center of your. And then feel that there are roots that grow from the soles of your feet. And as you breathe, We're going to draw, Imagine that the earth energy rises up through the soles of your feet, Up through your legs, Into your root chakra, Which is at your tail bone. And then an exhale, The energy is going to release back down through your grounding cord. Inhale, Drawing that energy up through the soles of your feet, Through your legs, Into your hips, Tailbone, And then down through your grounding cord. And then again, Drawing the earth energy up through the soles of your feet, Your legs, Your hips, And then back down through your grounding cord. And then feel that you have this very beautiful pillar of light that rises up from the tailbone. So the lower body is grounding down. And this long pillar of light extends upward and allows your heart to lift and the crown of your head to open. And from there, You allow the divine grace of God, Of pure light, Of pure wisdom to flow in through the top of your head. And take a moment and feel what it feels like to be showered in divine love, The light of pure love flowing through you. Feel what it feels like to connect through an imaginary or perceived pipeline. I refer to it as the prayer channel, The channel for grace, The pillar of light. It's your divine connection. And really breathe, Bring your breath into wherever you feel touched by the pillar, Wherever your breath says, I need to feel it right here. Breathe that divine grace in right there, Wherever that is. And then I'd like you to imagine first, We're going to take this image down, Take your awareness down into that second chakra area. We're going to do some centering here first before we detox the belly fire. Taking some deep breaths and imagining that you have perhaps, If this feels true for you, You've perhaps taken in a lot of subconscious energy into the pelvis area. And you might not have known that was happening, But this power center is so sensitive. It's really the most delicate power center in the body, This area. And it picks up on the very subtle things, The things we might not realize could be harsh or could be too much, Too much agitation, Too much activity, Too much fast movement. You may not even realize that we're getting a little bit run down in this area of the body, In the second chakra area. But we need to detox this area in order to hold an emotional center. So take some deep breaths into the second chakra. On an exhale, You're going to let go of any unconscious energy you've taken in through the second chakra, Through the front of the very low, Low belly or front of the pelvis. Deep breaths in, Exhale, You're just going to blow out and release. You can release it down through your grounding cord and send it to the earth for transformation. Or you can blow it into a bubble of light, Let the bubble collect the energy and take it up to the divine. Take three deep breaths right there. Letting go of any way that you have felt energetically violated. It may sound intense, But it also may not sound so intense if it feels true for you. Taking deep breaths into this area. Exhale, You're claiming this part of your body back by pushing energy out that does not belong to you. And so one of the reasons this area can be very sponge-like, You can pick up a lot of things is because we're not in the center there. If you're a beautiful light and you sit in the center of your body and you glow, You radiate from that center place, You are filling yourself up. There is no vacancy. There is no vulnerability to being too absorbent or even to being attacked. You're allowing yourself, Your presence to be strong and connected there. So imagine that this little version of you is going to walk right into the center of your second chakra and to climb up on a big throne there in the center of your second chakra and take a seat. Take some deep breaths and feel what it feels like to really melt into presence, To being present in this area. In the center of your second chakra, It might take a few minutes, But feel this area. Feel yourself get really vibrant. It's a beautiful orange power center, So you might just feel a, Or perhaps even perceive a beautiful orange glow in this area. Deep breaths in, Exhale, Letting it expand. It's beautiful light. Good. Good. And so now, You know, Feel that sense of presence. It's a foundation to the third chakra, Which is your solar plexus. And this power center will really open up when there's loss and confusion and reading a lot of energy, Like trying to orient yourself or figure out where to be or what to cord into. So the power center, The power of the power center is self-confidence, Self-esteem to feeling very centered and courageous and to have personal power and personal will. And in the center of the belly, It is a fire, A flame in this area of the body. So the solar plexus between the navel and the diaphragm, It's a beautiful yellow power center. So if you can imagine right there in the center of the power center is a beautiful flame, A persistent flame. And if it feels like the flame has been out, Then in your mind's eyes, Strike an imaginary match and see yourself light the wick in the center of your belly. Imagine what that would look like and feel like. Good. And then just like you are blowing on a fire, You're going to use your breath to let the flame increase to a level that allows you to detox energy. So we don't want to burn ourselves out, Especially if belly fire, If you have too much belly fire. So you might know that if there's a lot of indigestion or not to sound too, Too, You know, There's too much information here. But if there's like loose stools can be too much belly fire. But if you do, Then just an adequate flame, You might have to bring your flame down a little bit more. But if you feel like this area needs more fire, You need more energy to take action in life, To move past your blocks, To burn off some stuck like lethargy, Lethargic energy. And take some deep breaths. And you're just going to see this flame increase to a size that is going to start to burn through some deep subconscious fears in this area of the body. Wherever you are feeling inadequate, Afraid, Insecure, Doubtful in yourself, Self critical, Take some deep breaths and if you can imagine throwing all of that, I'll call it negative energy into the flame or allowing the flame to burn the negative and unprocessed energy. Is there something that's weighing on you? And if it's something that somebody else did, Then in this moment, I want you to ask yourself the question, What is it bringing up in me? Not this person did something. It's not outward blame. What is it bringing up in me? Shame, Embarrassment, Anger, Disappointment, Whatever that emotion is, Breathe into it, Send it into the fire for purification inside you. By increasing the spiritual fire in your body, You are saying my spirit is bigger than this emotional or human struggle. My spirit is bigger than that. I am giving my spirit sourcing, Giving my spirit power and fueling my spirit so that I can detox, Heal and cleanse my emotional body. So feel that belly fire increasing and feel it burning off undigested emotions, Maybe clouds or heavy energy. Imagine what that would look like and feel like to do and then let run with that image. Let that happen. Take some deep breaths in, Exhale expanding the light here. Expanding the personal flame, Your willpower. And then coming off of this flame is a rings of yellow light. Just imagine that rings of yellow light are expanding from this flame in the center of your belly and the rings of yellow light are going to expand to enter or merge with the outer walls of your solar plexus. So your boundary layers are getting some support. This is infusing into the walls of your solar plexus to increase the natural boundary of your solar plexus. So feel that beautiful inner flame and then a well formed solar plexus, Beautiful yellow light, A beautiful sun with a glowing exterior. Feel yourself right in the center. It sits in the center of your body. And then we're going to add one more piece to this. I've used this one before but it's one of my favorite ones to use and that is to imagine that the hand of the divine comes down and places itself, The hand of the divine, Right on your back, Right on the back side of your solar plexus and you're going to lean into it. And you're making a divine connection here to essentially supercharge the core of you, The core of your personal power. And this gesture is an energetic imprint in your body that says, I'm not navigating through this life disconnected. I'm not alone in this process. I am deeply tuned in. I am deeply connected. And if I don't know what's going on out there or around me, I know I have this hand at my back. I know I am spiritually guided. So the balance here is to balance the magnitude of spiritual enrichment with the human condition. That there's a balance between both parts receiving and having a life. So feel that connection deep within the back of your body that you are plugging in. It's like your soul plugging into the outlet in the wall to receive the current of divine grace. Take some deep breaths and receive that light in, In through the top of your head, Through the back of your body flowing all the way down into the back of your solar plexus. Feel that beautiful flame glow brighter and stronger. Feel yourself now really let go of the emotions, Of the pain, Of the baggage, Whatever you are still holding onto. Take some deep breaths and allow your spirit to let go of it. Allow your spirit to tell your body, To tell the ego, It's okay. If we can't figure this out on the human level, It will work out on the spirit level. Watch it unfold. Have trust and have faith. Receive this light in through your entire body. Take it in however your body would like to take it in. I'm saying the top of your head and the back of your body, But maybe it comes through your eyes, Your throat or your heart. However your body needs to breathe in grace right now, See it as beautiful, Purified light comes into your body to purify and let go of energy stuck in the human condition. A couple more deep breaths. Really let your body let go. Let go of what is not yours. Send back to the person what belongs to them. Really choose in this moment to feel the light of grace in your body, To feel the goodness, The beauty, The love that that energy brings to you. Everything or evokes even from inside you. Feel your beautiful solar plexus centered in the center of your body, Connected and centered there. Feel the presence of you in your emotional center of the second chakra. Feel the power of the pillar of light in your body. If you're familiar with the other power centers, Then just feel those. Feel all of your energy come into alignment. And then take a moment here in this final moment of the healing to offer up a prayer for yourself and for a situation or for a situation. Just offer up a prayer for yourself or for another. If you're not sure what a prayer is like, Then think about what you might be worried about and turn it into a an offering or an asking for help. Instead of I'm worried about my daughter, You can say I pray for my daughter. I pray that light is with her. I pray that for her safety. So when you have offered up your prayer, I just intend that it's now in it's now held in the realm of the divine. So with the angels, With God, It's offered up. And to take some deep breaths into that feeling of release. And then we'll allow the light of grace to continue to flow in through the top of your head and fill in every single cell and pore of your body with beautiful, Divine love, Wisdom. Just soak it up to every single cell in your body, Every organ, Every place that just needs love, Needs your presence, Needs attention. Just your whole being and just receive the love. And then I pray that the love that's moving through the light that's moving through you, Continue to work within your system, Continue to help you be in touch with yourself, To awaken even more, To expand, To find peace, To find joy and balance, Harmony. I pray that the light illuminate beyond your skin outward into your energy field around you and that your entire energy field right now glow with healing light. And that healing light may radiate towards you to provide more healing for you and or the healing light may radiate out so that your presence may be healing for others. I pray that you are a radiant being of light. I know this to be true. I pray that as you know this to be true, That you feel connected to yourself and to your light. And I give thanks to our guides and our angels and to God the Father and to God the Mother and to all the beings you included who have shown up here to receive healing. May you take this in deeply so that you may then in turn turn around and offer the same love to another person. Together we work to help heal this planet. Thank you God and so be it.
